It was leaking and 10 years later they replaced it at their cost. They are solar so we got a tax brake. They're a great company! They're the best company I've ever worked with.

It went fine. The project got off to a later start, about a month later than planned. Once started it was completed in a timely fashion. Final cleanup of the work site was not up to my standards. I had to sweep up a lot of nails and staples from driveway and lawn. I was under the impression that someone would return to do that and have me sign off on the project but that did not happen. Also a couple of my outdoor security fixtures were reinstalled fine but I discovered them to be broken and unusable so I will have to replace them. Some of my wife's plants were trampled on.

“I had two jobs running at the same time: new Everlast composite siding and a new Provia fiberglass front door. The siding was installed by Davi and a helper (sorry I'm terrible with names). I was very impressed that Davi and his helper showed up every day about 7am and didn't leave until after 5pm. They cleaned up the job area every day before leaving and left any tools/supplies in an area that was neat and clean. Davi listened to any little issue I had while they were installing and addressed them all in a timely fashion. Antonio, the project manager came by often enough so that I could talk with him as the job was progressing (a good thing!). The door installation went as smooth and took one day. I did have a small issue with the storm door not being completely sealed and a hinge squeak. United Home Experts came out immediately and fixed these issues. Great company with great employees!!”

Everything went smoothly and painlessly. The actual job took one day. Everyone was courteous and friendly.

The two technicians were very courteous and professional and efficient in getting the snow and ice dams removed. They arrived within the window stated, surveyed the work area, inside and out, and promptly set to work. The steam process for removing the ice dams is very efficient and didn't damage any roofing tiles. Definitely would hire them again if needed!

This company performed a very professional job, and within a week's time. The foreman and his assistant arrived early every day and stayed late to complete the day's anticipated work, cleaning up after each day. They were diligent and true masters in all aspects of their trade. Every job has its unique features to interface with existing conditions to make a siding installation weatherproof, and the foreman was a quick thinker on his feet to come up with solutions so as not to delay the work. I had no extra charges. Their proposal estimator was right on the mark suggesting additional items which had been included in the proposal. Their estimator provided me with three no pressure prices for different options to make an informed decision. I would not hesitate using these folks for another project. You can't go wrong with them.

United Home was excellent. They are very professional and really know what to do. Our roof had been done by a builder iin 2007 and we had leaks and mold issue. United stripped the roof, took off all plywood with mold and put new roof on. They were very quick and were wonderful. In my opinion there is no one better. Their knowledge about all products, be it roofing, or siding or windows, etc. is exceptional.

They did and exceptional job and truly stand behind their work. Had a small warranty issue end it took just one phone call, and they were here a few days later to take care of it. Professional and honest, I can highly recommend them.

They are THE BEST. No problems what-so-ever. Fair pricing, quality work professionally done.

Good painting job. Roof job went very bad. The roof area replaced did not resist the first snow storm. Roof leaked in several areas of the home where the roof was replaced. We replaced this section of the roof because of previous ice damage but it turned out much worse than before. Areas where roof was not replaced did not have problems at all. We called them immediately and they came few days after the damage occurred. The company only offered to remove the snow from the roof. The walls were damaged in most of the recently painted rooms. Before signing the contract they required to include the installation of heat cables in order to guarantee their work. Obviously, heat cables didn't work. However, after the incident they did not take any responsibility and didn't honor the warranty. We strongly not recommend this company. It is quite expensive, and more importantly, management is dishonest.

I called United to get an estimate for a roof replacement. They were recommended by the solar contractor that I had lined up to install solar panels. The sales person was very nice and friendly however in my opinion was a bit too pushy on the owens corning roofing products claiming it to be a far superior product to others. I'm sure every roofer out there really likes the products they work with, be it OC, GAF or other brands. What blew me away was the quote itself. It wasn't just high, it was by far the highest bid I had on the job. It was 50% higher than the next closest bid. A footnote to this and the reason I'm writing the review and giving a low score is the incessant spam that I can't seem to get them to stop sending me now.

We had chimney water leaking issue and had several groups came to check the problem. United Home is most responsive, transparent, fair and professional. Really like the way they treated a customer, care with patience. They replaced the chimney back flashing and cricket for our chimney, and did an awesome and flashing job.

Doug was professional and cared that the job came out exactly as I wanted it to. Milton was amazing. Everything was done to the highest level of craftsmanship. I would be happy to act as a reference any time.

The price was a little high but the sales person was extremely honest during the initial process so we felt comfortable enough to pay the rate. A rough date was given to begin the project. When it came time for the project they had to cancel numerous times. It got to the point that I honestly felt they had a scam going. The excuses were pretty bad. Finally when I was told that they have an issue with a crew and would rather push us off than send someone new that they were not confident in yet. I had my doubts as to if I was getting the truth but through the rest of the process I believe it was proven that they were being quite honest. They sent I believe a double crew to speed up the process due to our delay. The job was done quickly and exactly how we expected. Upon completion I was happy with the job done and confident that we really did just have the job done when they were having an issue out of their control. If we had to do the job all over again I would definitely hire the same people. About 6 months after the job was completed a section of our trim came off. There are so many jigs and jags on our house that quite honestly I am not surprised that there was at least one issue. It came at a time that there were ice dams building up on everyones roof and I thought that they might try to use that as an excuse. Much to my delight they came right out, measured for a new piece and put the old one up until it could be cut. A few days later the new piece was on. In the end the job done was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. I did appreciate the company pushing us off until they could get a good crew out to the house rather than sending someone to do a sub par job just to keep the schedule.

I've already started referring people to United Home Experts. The entire process was exceptional from initial contact to the completion of the last of 3 major projects that we had done. Nik Carlson worked with us to put together a plan that allowed us to have our roof done, install amazing Marvin patio doors to our deck and have our house painted. The communication through the entire process was phenomenal from proposal, scheduling to onsite work. The onsite labor crews were very professional and had a great attention detail and always clean up after each day

The quality of work that they did was good. The materials that they used were Marvins and so it was all high end. They did a nice job. The price was competitive. It wasn't the lowest or the highest. There workmanship was good. They got it done when they said it would be done. I would use them again.

United Home Experts are easy to work with and offers many financing options. The paint work looked good upon completion but a couple years later it is peeling in a few locations. The gutters were custom cut on site and have not fallen down despite being full of ice this winter. The window and door casing were competently installed as well. I've gotten into the habit of getting multiple estimates since this initial job and I found their pricing to be on the high end. While their work came out pretty good it wasn't "great".

It was a really positive experience. We love them! We had a little bit of cracking due to the weather and they came out immediately and fixed it. One of our gutters was pitched wrongly and within days they were out to fix it. I can't say enough about this company. I think they are great! Our only negative experience and it wasn't with them per se, was with the electrician that they had hired. We don't want to reflect it on United, it was the electrician that they had brought in. He actually cut off our electrical inside when he was doing outside work. He actually cut the line inside and had I not been vacuuming, I wouldn't have noticed. The siding would have been put on and we would have a cut live wire inside when he fixed it. Luckily we caught it. That was the only drawback. United could have used their only electrician because they outsource work. They contract them. That was the only negative experience. The electrician was Rich Casey. This company United themselves are amazing and continue to be amazing. The product was expensive, but the product and the warranty they provide because it's a lifetime warranty, is well worth the price. It should last forever. Another great thing about this company is the warranty is transferable so when we sell the house, it transfers to that owner but it's only good for 50 years, but still that warranty alone is amazing. It is expensive but to us, it was well worth the prize. Their responsiveness is unbelievable. This company is the best.

United Home Experts and Paul St. Martin were outstanding from start to finish. Paul is upfront and honest about pricing and takes the time to explain the differences in products. They also not only guarantee the roof for your time at the home, but it also carries forward to the next homeowner. No more leaking roof, and we are totally satified. Thanks Paul for all your help!

The estimator, Jamie, arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He took the measurements he needed to take, looked into the attic, took some photos, and asked me questions about my expectations, what I wanted, etc. He then spent time in his car working on the estimate, and when he was done we sat down and he went over everything. Very nice presentation on his iPad, explaining the ideal roofing system and what work needed to be done on my house. He then showed me some samples of shingles, exhaust vents, and how their Owens Corning products are superior to the stuff typical roofers use. Very interesting and educational, to say the least. We also briefly talked about a future re-siding project I will need to do, and he left me some samples of this siding material that looked interesting. He didn't take any measurements for that, and we didn't discuss much further (too bad, would have liked a quote... but I'm not getting to that for at least a year so likely I will call them back when I'm ready). Anyway, when he started explaining the price and the scope of work to be done, I nearly passed out. It was all I could do to keep a straight face and avoid laughing out loud or falling off of my chair. I expected them to be somewhat higher, maybe 10-20% higher. I knew that there was more scope in the work, including gutters and new eaves and soffits trim, so I expected it to be higher then others (which I appreciated, because nobody else would quote me on the trim work that needed to be done). For some reason they didn't include new decking, which EVERY other contractor suggested, but after I requested it they put it in there. But even deducting that and all the extra stuff from the price, and just comparing the same scope with other contractors... they were 1.4x to 2x the price! Yikes. I can only image that the rest of the additional work would be priced with the same high cost factor. Couldn't stomach it, as much as I liked the company and Jamie. Sorry guys, that pricing is way out to lunch. I could have accepted 20-25% higher, but that was outrageous (and I have many comparative quotes to go by). All I can think is that something must have been off in Jamie's calculations. The only cheesy thing I didn't like was when Jamie offered to knock off $1000 if I signed the contract proposal in the next 2 days. Seemed like a s***** ball used-car salesman tactic to do. I don't need to be pressured -- I need a new roof and am going to choose somebody! Don't need that phony pressure, especially when I was still waiting on a couple of other estimates. They did come back to me a couple of times, answered some additional questions, but they could not find a way to justify their obscenely high pricing. I will give them another chance when I need quotes for my siding job, we will see how they do then!

I have used United Home Experts many times and I am happy again with there work. I am replacing the siding on my home In sections and they did a great job, again. I honestly can't wait to use the. Again and finish my home and I have referred them to my friends with great success

The service was excellent starting with knowledgeable estimator Paul who answered all questions without any high pressure sales tactic. The Project manager, David was available for all questions and the crew headed by Felipe completed the job in a timely fashion. The cleanup was great - you would not have known that workmen had been their all day when they completed the job. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone needing a roof replacement.

Mr. Lamoureux arrived punctually at the appointed time. He asked me what I wanted done. I explained that I wanted Cedar clapboards installed and tow new Anderson windows installed. He asked if I anything special done, and affirmed that he wanted to do whatever I wanted done. So, I said I want Anderson windows installed according to their specs, that I like Boston Cedar.com clapboards. He recommended a higher quality clapboard and I agreed. He offered to install PVC cornerboards, I said that I only want wood on my house. At that point he accused me and my brother of being adversarial and declined to perform the work. My brother asked him what he meant by being adversarial. He said we had disagreed with him and that he could see that we would not be able to work harmoniously together. My brother asked if the company had another estimator, he said that he is the co-founder of the company and had the right to decline the work. I believe that it would have been more professional of him simply to have stated from the outset, that he only does standard installations the way he likes to do them, and that since we have special requirements, we should look elsewhere. Which we will.

They were very professional and the quote was in line with what I thought it would be. I just decided at that time that I wasn't going to go ahead with the project in the outside of the house. Their follow up was good. They kept calling me and I asked for some addresses of what they have done so I can go and take a look at them. They were very good.
