Showed up quickly, got the system running again, replaced two heads, and thoroughly tested everything before leaving.

Loved it. On time and got everything working right away.

Came right away, did welding that others would not touch, did a fabulous job, discovered a pipe that Verizon Fios perferated, totally professional and definitely someone we would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable with sprinklers and great price. I plan to use him for future sprinkler jobs.

I submitted an online request for an estimate, but after a few days without a response, I called and left a message. Two days later I received a call and made an appointment for the next week. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us brochures about the products he installs. He told us that he would send his plumber over to look at the plumbing and that he would have a quote to us by the next week. The plumber never came and when I called about the estimate, I left a message that I would be making a decision the following day. The estimate arrived several days later without plumbing included. I chose to hire another contractor. I figured that if he was too busy to put together the estimate, then he was probably too busy to handle the job in the time frame that I needed.

I looked for local companies with good ratings, and he was one of the guys who came out. He was actually very knowledgeable. I was going to go with him, but I ended up getting a quote from somebody else I actually knew. His quotes were very reasonable. He was very friendly. He had knowledge and experience in the industry. He gave me some questions to ask other contractors. He was basically educating me on what to look for.

I spent $65 for the startup and $65 for the shutdown, so $130 in all. He is timely and thorough. He noticed that I had some sprinkler heads and he used them and did not charge me for them. He was reasonable and he was telling me where I could buy sprinkler heads and he put them in for me. He noticed that there was one sprinkler hear that kept needed replacement, and he suggested that I move them.

Michael was great. Scheduling was easy, although be aware when you first call... Whatever number I called sounded like his house, so at first I thought I had the wrong number! But his "scheduler" was well-informed and helped me schedule an appointment that was both convenient for me, but also early enough to be safe for the system (apparently, it's important to blow out before the first freeze to avoid damage to the system). He was spot on time (within a 2 hour window), introduced himself, set right about the job and was out of here in 15-20 minutes. He showed me exactly what he was doing and treated me with respect. In addition, turns out our house is set up with one "control" for not just sprinklers, but all outside water, so in case we need outside water, he (twice) explained how to turn on the exterior water without risking the sprinkler system. I gave him a "B" on price only b/c I did no research this go-round. Although, I'd offset that with the fact that he came highly recommended from our contractor, who we love and trust for both quality and value. Definitely call these guys.
