 + -1 moreGreat. Paul was prompt in giving a quote and very accommodating of our tight timetable. Once we approved the quote, he completed the work quickly, professionally, and with no hassle. The end results are beautiful. I'd definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

 + -1 morePaul was very responsive at first and came out as promised to look at our floor. He told us we would receive an estimate in about a week and that he would email it to me. That was 5 weeks ago! I have contacted him a few times. The first 2 times, he apologized and said he wa very busy. He promised the estimate right away. The third time he did not respond to my text. A week later I re-texted him. He did reply and again apologized and said he was very busy and that I might want to get someone who can estimate and do the work quickly. Five weeks passed between his initial visit to our home and him telling me I should probably look for someone else.
Description of Work: We had some water damage with our hardwood floors from a failed refirgerator. We needed someone to look at the damage and prepare an estimate for us. The estimate had to be submitted to the refrigerator manufacturer for approval.
