PHIL'S HOME CARE

The first time was great. I do believe there may have been miscommunication for subsequent plowings. Perhaps it was also due in part to the timing of the storms but one storm I expected to come home at 5 and find my driveway clear but I couldn't even find the end of my driveway at 6. I had to park the car and shovel myself even though I had been told not to by my doctor. It was later explained to me that he does not come out to shovel/plow until a storm is over. I recommend being very clear on what your needs are and what will be delivered and when.

Phil is a very nice and responsible person. He came in to help us shovel the drive way after that big storm. The guy we used before for snow plowing screwed up-never showed, therefore with the accumulation and every snow plow services were super busy at that time, there was no way we could get out. Phil spend hours to shovel the snow by hands. He is thorough He is very honest too. It turned out the price we paid was lower than he gave to us in the beginning. Overall, we like him very much and very appreciate his help. We are happy to find him again for home maintenance work in the future.

He’s very good. I like him. He did a very good job. I don’t remember what the budget was, but it was comparable with the other estimates. He’s very conscientious. He’s very over booked. I have seen so many other handymen on my list and I’m going to start trying them out. He’s very good on everything except availability. I would use his services again in the future, if I can get a hold of him and if he has the time.

Phil's work was excellent. He paid excellent attention to detail and the work was extremely high quality. He gave us a written estimate and stuck to that estimate to the dollar. He even found a few loose and rotted boards that he repaired at no additional cost.
