Jim Bertino was responsive in his communication, easy to deal with, professional, did great work, and cleaned up thoroughly when the work was done. We needed him to replace the base seal on three toilets that were twenty+ years old and that we were concerned may start leaking. The amount he charged was totally reasonable and in line with the skills and quality of work required. I would reach out to and hire him again for future work.

Great. Jim was able to fit me in a couple of days ahead of the scheduled date. He and his assistant arrived on time and completed the work in about one hour. Before leaving, they made sure everything was working fine.

James stopped by to check the work, ordered parts and completed the work as promised. Very good experience. very courteous and helpful. Also had James replace a new shower head.

Jim was terrific. He was recommended by the owner of the store where we purchased our gas logs. He came out and gave us an estimate to do the work. Our job was a bit tricky because our damper had been installed at the top of our chimney. We made the decision to have it removed by the company that installed it and hired Jim to do the rest. He arrived on time and was very organized and knowledgeable. He did the initial installation in the morning and scheduled the plumbing inspection for the same day. The inspection went smoothly and Jim came back that evening and finished the installation. We are absolutely thrilled with the beauty of our gas logs. No more wood and clean-up. We feel we now know a plumber we would highly recommend to our friends and family!

Extremely well. He was very responsive to our predicament. He did a very good job and cleaned up after himself. I plan to have him do more work for me. We will be remodeling our bathroom soon.

Jim was fantastic. He and his assistant were very professional and easy to work with. Jim does top quality work. He was very thorough. I was concerned about the multiple leaks under our shower being fixed. Jim thoroughly tested this to make sure it was all set. I am completely satisfied with the work that Jim did. I have confidence in his quality; Jim is the only plumber I will use from now on. Jim is also a very nice guy. I highly recommend Jim. I did not put in a cost as my contractor paid Jim so I do not know the actual cost of the plumbing.

As always, great! Jim and his assistants are very professional. He has always been prompt, friendly and honest about what work was needed. His prices are reasonable, and is very considerate of keeping the workspace and our home neat and clean. We have used him for years and have been satisfied every time, with every job. I highly recommend Jim.

He was recommended by the seller, responded quickly to our request, arranged pickup, and installed the new unit quickly and professionally. Checked me out on the technology, and operation.

Jim is a very nice guy, and he had an assistant with them. They were both great and did a good job.

Jim stopped by one evening to assess the job and give an estimate. He advised me that he would be on vacation for a bit but would send a colleague over to remove a pedestal sink so that I could install new flooring. He arranged a day after his vacation to return to finish the job once the floor was installed, I called him just prior to the return date - even though he was still on vacation, he returned the call to confirm the appointment. Jim picked up the toilet from a local supply house and charged me his exact cost, no markup as many plumbers do. Job was completed in the estimated time. He and his colleague cleaned up and left the area looking neat and tidy. Will use him again. Not only was the work fairly priced and well done, Jim and his colleague are nice guys.

They have been trouble free for over a year since then.

James is a terrific plumber and wonderful person. He has a very nice side kick, his son, who is also a wonderful plumber. The only problem with using James Bertino is actually being able to schedule him to do the work. I needed to use him on an additional issue and was told by him that he was backed up for months. Not a good situation when something is broken or leaking. If James is available I would certainly not hesitate to use him again.

He was excellent. He was prompt and did exactly what he said he would do. His prices were very reasonable. He made the experience very pleasant in a situation where it didn't have to be.

.I had been having difficulty with a slow flowing bathtub drain. Mr. Bertino came and within 30-45 minutes was able to unclog the drain completely. He cleaned up after him and guaranteed his work. Very reasonably priced.

I called Jim about a year and a half ago because I had a drainage backup. He spent time with me on the phone and helped me figure out the problem, which required a different main line drainage company. He recommended a company in Framingham that came and did an excellent job. He was so helpful that I decided to use him the next time I needed a plumber. This week Jim came and installed a new outside spigot and replaced a faucet in the basement. He and his apprentice were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

Has been good about coming out. He is very friendly and comes over quick. He takes care of emergencies. I have used him twice already.

He called back within a day and we scheduled him to come to address all three issues. I told him I'd already purchased a replacement kitchen faucet and shower handle for him to use.When he arrived, he immediately figured out that the basement water source was a rotted water meter. He told me to call the town DPW and they could replace it. (I called the next day and they replaced it.) For the shower, I didn't buy the same brand of handle, so we couldn't do the replacement right then. But he said we could take a photo of the faucet and go to parts place and they could give us the right replacement part and we would be able to replace it ourselves.The kitchen sink leak was caused by the faucet. He was able to replace the faucet quickly and it looks great. I was very happy with the service.

I got Jim's name off of Angie's list and called him to ask if he could come the same day as my bathtub was totally clogged. He took my call on his cell phone rather than letting it go to voice mail. He wasn't able to come, but took the time to refer me to another company to do the job. They came that day and did a great job.

He was very good and we have hired him several other times. His pricing was good. His work was great.
