Bruin Corp of Framingham

This was the second time I have used them and each time has been a pleasure. They show up on time, the do the job correctly and leave the work site in the same shape it was as when they got there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they do.

I researched window replacement options and installers for almost two years before deciding to contract with Bruin. We have a nearly 30-year old 2-story colonial house that was built with all wood windows, and the windows have been failing for years. They were drafty, no longer moved up and down, and this past winter snow even blew into the house in one of the windows. We opted to go with Bruin's SoftLite vinyl windows for a number of reasons: 1) Made in the USA. 2) We could get ivory on the outside and white on the inside. 3) The window frames did not lessen the amount of glass exposed, which is very common in most replacement windows. 4) Excellent pricing! The installation took place in just two days and we are very pleased with the results. The crew was polite and efficient. They replaced all the rotten boards surrounding the windows, so we anticipate these windows outliving us.

Signed a contract and had a new roof in less than a month! The price was reasonable and the customer service top notch. Could not be happier!

We selected Bruin to complete this project. Bruin was responsive. The two workers were polite and professional and worked quickly to compete the attic insulation project. A rep from MassSave examined their work the same afternoon and certified that everything was installed correctly.

They came to the house several times to talk about my windows and my options, and to measure the existing windows. The windows they ordered came in when they said they would and they called me promptly. We scheduled a day the next week for installation. The 2 installers who came to the house arrived at the arranged time. They worked steadily through the day. They did very good work, were pleasant, and cleaned up before they left. They replaced any areas of rotten wood, installed new vinyl windows, and covered the existing outside wood trim with aluminum. The job was done in a day.

I am continuously disappointed in the Bruin corp. Their response times and punctuality is abysmal; when we called for quotes and answers to questions we are told we'll get a call back, and we end up having to call back multiple times to get a response. This is not the first time this has happened, as we had similar experiences for previous work done. We had used Bruin in the past to install windows, and replace roof/skylights on a separate occassions. We will not be using Bruin any longer.

The installation itself went very well. There were some delays getting the paperwork to the condo association, but they were resolved.

They arrived exactly on time! They were efficient, friendly and knowledgable. They spread drop cloths in the work areas and cleaned up just outside my home prior to leaving. They recalculated the amount of insulation proposed by MASS SAVE and added more AND charged me less! I would work with them again!

The response to the quote was quick and the job was completed with a very experienced crew. They informed me every step of the project of what they were going to do. They paid attention too every detail and cleaned up very well after each day.

We scheduled the appointment over the phone and the guys arrived punctually. However, when they did the walk through, they found out there was a mess in our attic that the previous home owner left tons of replaced insulation cotton batts up there and never dumped them. We just bought the house for a few months and it was my fault that I never paid attention to that. The guys told me they could not do their job before cleaning up the mess. They were very patient and provided lots of professional suggestions. Then they said I could simply reschedule the appointment when the cleaning is done. Their manager called me just a few hours after they left to reschedule the appointment. He was very kind as well. So we rescheduled and I had a contractor to clean up the attic. They came up again in the early morning, punctually as always, walked through, gave me some good professional advice and started doing their job. They finished the job right after the noon, very fast and well done. During the whole processes, the guys were very patient, professional and nice. I would definitely consider Bruin Corp of Framingham for future projects and recommend them to others.

The windows are fantastic easy to open and close the screens also The best part is how they finished the outside casings you would think part of the original structure when built

The sliding door went in without a hitch; the other window was ordered incorrectly. They admitted the error and quickly re-ordered and rescheduled the second install. Crew was professional and very neat.

After using Bruin last summer for a window replacement job, we were eager to contact Bruin again for our siding project. The project went absolutely fantastic! The crew arrived on time every morning, was polite, organized, efficient and clean. The job was finished ahead of schedule and our house looks 100 times better than before! Todd who I believe is the project coordinator was very responsive and a great communicator during the entire process. I would highly, highly recommend Bruin for your home improvement jobs. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

They were professional and right on time. They explained what they were doing and completed the work in a reasonable time. They were courteous of my house and belongings while working around them.

Bruin Corp recently replaced each and every window in my house to my great satisfaction. They provide a great service and they were able to install 25+ Harvey windows plus an 8' slider in less than 2 days. The windows look great, there was no mess to clean up, and nothing to paint. Great job Bruin Corp., i will recommend to neighbors, family and friends!
