They were prompt in responding. They showed up on time, completed the job, cleaned up well. They answered my calls as well. They answered any questions I had and gave good advice.

Poorly. They showed up on time and finished OK, but screwed up the flashing around the chimney leaving it leaking into the attic. This was late int he fall and they were inaccessible all winter -- the following spring, the owner said that he went south for the winter and didn't check his mail. It took many months to get them to admit that they had caused the problem and then to fix it -- sort of. It still leaks a little bit.

I did not select this contractor although he was in the final two of four estimates. The original quote was $1800 less and because the square footage identified was different from other estimates, I asked questions about whether it included the garage, which also needed to be done. The owner went back out to my house to remeasure. He stated his son had done the original estimate while he was on vacation and did not include the garage, which accounts for the higher price. He was very helpful, apologetic, calm, professional. I had already checked references which were great.

I've had a very bad experience. The roof was installed incorrectly and water is damaging my home. Specifically, the starter course of singles were not installed properly causing water to drip behind my gutters ruining my soffits, garage door (from the splash-back) and eventually will rot my roof joists. The company promotes that it properly installs drip edges to prevent this sort of problem and it promotes a 10 year warranty on all work. My phone calls, letters and complaints to the Better Business Bureau are unanswered by the contractor. I'm told my other contractors that the best way the fix this problem is re-roof, again (since it's the first course of singles, it's difficult to remove/replace them and still have the roof look good). Additionally, the job was suppose to take 2 days to complete and it took 5 days. The metal drip edges were also incorrectly installed as were the roof vents.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING MY GUTTERS, BUT WERE UNRESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS FOR MINOR GUTTER AND ROOF REPAIR WORK. THEY SAID THE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT TO CLEAN GUTTERS ONLY CLEAN GUTTERS AND DO NOT DO ANY REPAIR WORK. THEY EXPRESSED THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY WITH GUTTER CLEANING AT THIS TIME OF YEAR TO HELP ME WITH ANY REPAIRS. I MAY TRY CALLING AGAIN AT A LESS BUSY TIME OF THE YEAR AND SEE IF I GET A BETTER RESPONSE. OTHERWISE THEY WERE PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUEST FOR THE GUTTER CLEANING. THEY GAVE ME AN APPROXIMATE DATE RANGE FOR WHEN THEY WOULD COME. THEY SAID IT WAS OK IF I WAS NOT HOME, THEY WOULD JUST CLEAN THE GUTTERS AND LEAVE AN INVOICE IN MY DOOR. THE TOLD ME THE PRICE IN ADVANCE WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT.
