+ -1 moreCrew arrived when promised. They were responsive to my requests. The job required that they drive onto my lawn. They put down plywood. There was no damage to lawn, shrubs or irrigation system. They did a great job cleaning up when work was complete.

Due to a lack of an available police detail, the Arbor Tree owner had to negotiate with two neighbors to keep his equipment including that 100 ton crane!) out of the street. Extreme care was taken not to affect their property and the ultimate cleanup was fantastic.
Description of Work: Removed storm-felled tree from chimney/roof. Cleaned up other storm damage throughout the yard. Cut some pieces to firewood length for us to keep and split. Pruned several trees that were overhanging the house or entangled in power lines. Brought in 100 ton crane to remove remainder of the storm-felled tree.

+ -1 moreThe work was of the highest quality. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, and the work lasted the two days that Dave had estimated. They laid down plywood to protect our septic system's leaching field. They had to work quite closely to our two story house in a hilly area. The tree trunks and branches were removed and the are was nicely cleaned up.
Description of Work: Dave Jefferey and his crew took down 14 trees, five of which were quite large [approximately 1.5 to 2 feet in diameter]. He also ground down the stumps of five of these large trees. In addition he trimmed off the deadwood from approximately 15 trees.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job. I like the employees a lot. When I scheduled with them, the owner was out sick, so it did take a couple of months to get the work done. I decided to stick with them as they were very highly recommended to me by many people.
Description of Work: They trimmed quite a few trees, and fertilized the trees and the shrubbery. They also sprayed horticultural oil for insects.

+ -1 moreFine. I came home and where both trees had been there were piles of logs. Most of the sawdust and all the branches and debris were gone. One tree, the first one we wanted done, was up against our shed and extended up and out over the roof of our house. Not much room for error with wires, tight access, etc. But it went well. The stump is level with the ground, so no mowing problems.
Description of Work: Called for tree removal estimate last November. He was early for the meeting and gave me a quote on the spot. Personal issues prevented going forward. I called back in July. He returned the call the next day, actually found the original quote and agreed to come out and look at a second tree. He called me with a verbal that included an extra 200 for the second tree above the original November quote. Agreed to drop the trees, both oak, and cut them up so I could split them for firewood.

+ -1 moreI LEFT AT LEAST 3, (PERHAPS MORE), MESSAGES THAT WENT UNANSWERED. I EVENTUALLY DID GET A CALL BACK LAST FALL WITH A PROMISE THAT MY WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED BEFORE WINTER. IT IS NOW SPRING, NO WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED AND MY CALLS ARE AGAIN NOT BEING RETURNED.
Description of Work: ALTHOUGH ARBOR DID SOME MINOR WORK FOR ME WHILE THEY WERE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICING A NEIGHBOR, IT WAS IN REQUESTING ADDITIONAL WORK TO BE DONE AT A LATER DATE THAT I HAD TROUBLE. ALTHOUGH I WAS HAPPILY GIVEN A QUOTE, (WHICH I THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE), I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THEM TO COME BACK AND COMPLETE THE WORK.
