Diego Tameirao of ALLPRO Basement I contacted Diego Tameirao of ALL Pro several weeks ago to get an estimate to remedy a moisture problem in my basement crawl space. Diego Tameirao the owner, arrived on time & thoroughly evaluated my situation. From our initial conversation about my problem, it was apparent that Diego was thorough & was an expert in understanding and evaluating the many problems water can create and possible options to solve. He first went into the crawl space, took pictures and measured the crawl space area. Based on his findings he made 3 proposals. We discussed the pros and cons of each and their associated costs. Before he left, I scheduled an appointment for him to come back and do the work. Diego is extremely knowledgeable about this business, he is honest, prompt, helpful, and will take the time to explain things until you understand them. Never did I feel he was trying to upsell me but rather he helped me find the best option to correct the problem. He recommended the piece of equipment I needed and directed me to where I could find it, (in my case Amazon) . He also recommended a piece of remote installed equipment that would read the humidity. (No more visits to the crawl space!). Diego and his crew arrived on time the day of installation. It was a hard, nasty project but I left with equipment that I knew was well installed & the correct option to solve my problem. All of his crew was wonderful. From the first call, Diego showed his professionalism and ability to think outside the box. Every step of the way, he and his crew exceeded my expectations while keeping costs down. Most importantly, they found a great solution for a significant basement flooding issue. We moved into a house in Needham with a backyard that sloped into our patio. The patio, itself, was old and sunken in a bit. Our first winter, we had two rapid thaws and rainstorms after some significant snowfall, and had water steadily coming in from two spots. If not for constant sweeping out, the whole basement would have flooded. I spoke with several people. Two came, but Diego actually did the initial consultation by video chat. You might think that would be off putting, but I found he was able to diagnose the problem and communicate about it better than the two who had visited. I was on the fence and called again a week later, and he again walked me through the process. We made an appointment for a few weeks later. I had forgotten to put the appointment down in my calendar, and he showed up while I was out. He was very understanding. I said he could get started, and he and his crew even made sure the cat didn't get out. He and his crew were a great group of guys who worked quickly and effectively. They created a new inner barrier for the back wall, dug a gravel trench, and installed a tube that led to a sump pump catch basin. They also dug up part of the driveway to solve a crowning issue, and put in gravel to help that area drain. Originally, the plan was to put in a sump pump, but when he was on the ground and able to look at the whole picture, he said I likely wouldn't need it. He said to try the drainage without the pump first, and walked me through exactly how things would work. Basically, he talked me out of paying $1.5K more to him when I was willing to throw more money at the problem. The solution has worked perfectly, and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them if we ever get the money to create a full new retaining wall.

Diego was very prompt and efficient. Returning emails on the weekend We had a leakage problem in our cellar. He fixed the drainage so the water was drained away from the foundation and rebuilt a well for a cellar window that was contributing to the leakage. We are confident our problem has been solved

All Pro was amazing from initial contact to job completion. Diego responded promptly, came out for an estimate the same day, and completed the job the very next day. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and kept me informed along the way. I haven't had any issues since.

Diego was incredibly friendly, kept us informed, and his team did a fantastic job. We had a mold problem in our basement and you could feel how damp it was whenever you were down there. After Diego was done, the basement feels nice and dry, we have had absolutely no moisture problems, and it looks fantastic. They really did a terrific job and I would recommend Diego to everyone who has any kind of moisture or water problem in the basement. He was always quick to respond, explained things in a way I could understand, and was great about sending us pictures of the process or walking us through the space to show us how things were going. Diego is a great guy and I can't say enough good things about him and the work he does. We are so glad we talked to Diego before we tried to paint the basement ourselves, since he pointed out the downsides of trying to waterproof basements with paint. Saved us what would have been a ton of wasted time and effort!

Outstanding! The basement crawl space was dirty and smelly. The crew worked 10 hours encapsulating it. The finished basement was unusable due to the humidity and smell. The results are amazing!

We needed help with leaks in our basement. Diego called me right away and was very flexible with scheduling a free estimate. He brought examples of the materials he would be using and offered competitive pricing. He was able to educate us and even give helpful feedback for other areas of our basement that we will finish. I hired All Pro Basement in order to fix humidity in the basement. Diego responded right away and came to inspect the basement. He recommended me to buy good industrial dehumidifier. He explained advantage and disadvantages of different dehumidifier brands and sizes and we picked one which was most appropriate for my basement size and condition. He installed it same day when it arrived. He put a small pump so water would go to the sink instead of drilling the hole in a floor. He did a beautiful work, fixed the concrete damage on a floor, organized all cables and connections. Also he instructed us how to operate most effective way. My basement now is warm, smells good and the corner with dehumidifier looks nice and organized.
