One reason I hired A-Z was because they provided all three services I needed. Their response was prompt and I was able to get a free estimate in one day. The estimate came by text and I was able to approve and book in seconds. The estimate was very reasonable and I even got a small senior discount! I cannot say how pleased I was with the services. My house looks cleaner than it has in years. Would definitely hire again!

A team of 3 people showed up to clean the gutters. Very professional. Got it done under 30 mins. The appointment happened very fast, in two days time. Company did not respect the terms of the Angies list offer but took full payment for the partial service delivered. I'd not trust them again to do the work and would not recommend them to anyone. We hired this company using and redeeming Angies list offer and the company contacted us asking for address etc to schedule work. It was scheduled and rescheduled several times sometimes due to weather other times due to availability and finally they showed up last Friday. I was out that day and had told them so but they rang bell and asked my daughter who was home for the payment and she told them I was out of town as was communicated. When I came home I noticed garage gutter full and not cleaned and also noticed residue on windows and house of chemical they used to wash indicating it was not washed off completely. So I called them and also contacted them via Angies messaging as well on why it wasn't completed and provided pictures. The owner kept arguing gutters were not in scope. I repeatadly pointed them to the Angies offer terms listed below and they still kept arguing and finally said they'd come back and clean one gutter left out. I specifically told them I want all gutters and downspouts power washed per agreement, they never acknowledged. They showed up and did just hand cleanup and no power washing of gutters and downspouts and picked up check from my wife telling her that gutters are not included but we did with hand and power wash is not needed. Here is the offer wording for reference. This company did not deliver what was included in the offer clearly. Offer includes: pressure washing of gutters; downspouts; soffit; fascia; trim; vinyl siding; shutters; doors; garage doors; front and back stoops

After having some difficulty scheduling, when we found a day/time that worked for both of our schedules, Ramon showed up on time and did the job well. The deal I purchased was up to 200 linear feet for $120. Our house was more than that apparently, so he charges and extra $40 for the rest of the house. They did a great job. They were efficient and cleaned up after all was done. Thanks for such a great job.

I made numerous contacts to the owner in order to schedule a power wash for my home but he never did because he did not want to honor the coupon deal.

I could not be any more pleased with the end result of A-Z Window Cleaning. They were ontime, polite and efficient. Windowns cleaned inside and out, screens cleaned and all of the sills wiped down. Results better than expected. I will definetely use them again in the future
