"Firstly, we agreed to split the repair bill which everyone agreed was fair. When this job was quoted, the owner (husband) pointed out that his septic system was in the backyard, and there was nothing in the ground where the crane was going to be. In addition, our Crane Operator verified this the day of the job, and the husband confirmed we were ok where we were going to be. After the job was complete and we were pulling out, the crane ran over a dry well and broke the cover. We went back to assess the damage and rectify the situation, the husband apologized and said he was not aware there was a dry well or anything, for that matter, underneat"
"Hi Nancy we are very glad that overall you were satisfied with the work. All that we had to come back and remove was a small pile of dead limbs from the woods that had fallen over the years which you gathered And we we removed per our conversation the next time it was convenient. I would argue that it took us two weeks to clean up the job site because the entire work area was cleaned with mechanical blowers routinely And a thorough cleanup was done at the end of the day after the crane broke down, before the road was opened back up and the detail was relieved. Thank you for your review again and I just wanted to point this out because when"
"Bill, we cut the trees as low as would allow for 100-year-old trees filled with rot and metal throughout. Regarding cleaning the wooded area, I do remember bidding this project keeping in mind your budget. When we removed the broken pine tree from the other treetop, our quote did not include cleaning up the broken branches from the woods, just the stuck tree which you stated was your only concern to get to the ground. As far as the tracks were concerned, we were clear that the crane weighs 65000 pounds and that would happen. It was an emergency removal and we did do our best to protect the work area with plywood. The indentations can be raked,"
"We apologize, Brian, for not raking up the bark under the log pile after we picked them up as we didn't have cleanup equipment when we returned to pick up the remainder of your logs. The employee that we sent back was in the middle of dealing with a sick loved one and taking a lot of time off from work at the time and it was affecting his performance at work. We learned shortly thereafter it was terminal and within 6 months she passed. Before this happened things were different with him at work."
