I was thoroughly impressed with JSP Landscaping. I submitted my request to discuss the removal of two trees from the property and potentially other options to enhance the front of my property. The proprietor (Jake) contacted me with a few hours and was very flexible on a time for us to meet. Called the day before to be certain we were still meeting, arrived on-time, meticulously reviewed my property provided options that would fit within my budget. Quotation emailed by the end of the day. Jake and his crew incredibly personable, passionate about their final work product and each day ensured they left the yard very clean. They removed the trees, stumps, planted sod, installed a beautiful walkway and hydrangea bushes. My neighbors have been commenting on the transformation for weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend them and when I’m ready; I will have them return to put their special touch on my backyard. VERY Enjoyable Experience!

Do not hire this landascaper! He gave us an estimate to seed our lawn and told us it was "a little high" but would not go over the price quoted. This estimate included prepping the area by removing weeds, treating with an herbicide, leveling the ground and hydro seeding. He promised to do the work the following week but put us off for 3 weeks. He would continuously tell us he was coming on a specific day and then not show up. One Sunday morning he called at 9:30 and said he was getting his equipment and would be here by 11. We stayed home and waited for him all day and he never showed up and would not answer or return our call. At this point we decided not to hire him. We went to work the next day and he showed up and began the work. He did not treat the area with herbicide as promised. He used a very small amount of hydro seed and "ran out" and had to refill. We could immediately see that there was not enough seed. He also hit our fence with his equipment and it is now bent. He also promised to return to apply fertilizer and did not. After the work was complete, he tried to charge us $400 over his estimate for "labor" and when we told him we had only budgeted for the amount of his estimate, he told us we were getting "the deal of a lifetime". Now a month later we have nothing but a backyard full of crab grass, weeds, dirt patches and a bent fence. My husband reached out to this person on multiple occasions and he refused to rectify the problem or even pay to repair the fence. Take our advice and do not hire this unqualified and dishonest landscaper.

Great responsiveness, worked within my budget and had the job done the same day I submitted my request thru HomeAdvisor. I have 1/2 an acre of lawn, and these workers were fast and thorough. I would highly recommend and would absolutely use them again.

Jake and his team replace a decaying wooden retaining wall with a stone wall. Work was done nicely, and close to deck footings created difficult installation that they did well. Final results were very nice. Cost was above original estimate, but only after he reviewed and we approved suggested modifications to make a more seure wall. Clean up was excellent.

I don't normally do reviews, but Jake is the exception. I had a number of landscapers say no way. Jake was the only one that said yes. .My yard has had no maintance in 28 years. Had 18 trees and stumps removed 110+ feet tall a crane came and it was done, stonewalls, stone walk, irragation, large firepit that we enjoyed all summer and a 4 car driveway. Jake is a great subcontractor and has great people he has access to all professional people. I had a landscape postcard and Jake landscaped my yard by that postcard. I now have yard that I enjoy, nice thick and beautiful lawn. Jake's stands behind his work and the smallest detail. Thank you Jake.

A 120 ft tall pine fell on my roof and caused severe damage. I called Jake at 9am and the tree and all debris were cut, chipped and removed by 5pm that day. They brought a crane, a log truck, and a chipper with a 28" feed - the entire crew was professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They also cleared a Japanese Maple that was crushed but not contracted for, without asking. I signed them up to take out a second large pine to prevent a 2nd hazard.

Very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They removed a very large oak tree that was overhanging our house. They brought a crane in with four guys and a wood chipper, and in less than three hours later, the tree was gone and the area cleaned up. Their price was equal to or below two other bids I obtained. I highly recommend Jake and his company.

I initially reviewed them as a 5, now I just want to say that while I am happy with the work for the most part, my only issue is I now have major crab grass and weeds growing where the "best grass seed you can get" was spread.

Jake put in a walkway that turned out absolutely wonderful as well as a lot of landscape work which looks beautiful. He is very detailed and takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend JSP Landscaping to my friends.

This team deliveries more than I expected. They are fast, neat and provide excellent service. I could not believe how well they worked together. They are a very efficient and organized team. I had a number of large trees removed and the crane was an amazing way to handle the job. The trees were lifted over the house and placed into the chipper with percision and ease. I recommend this company highly for any tree removal project, small or large.
