Truthfully, I don't know a lot about roofing and what needs to be done... I know the roof on my building and it's age and its reliability. He agreed to come by after I got out of work. He was at my house before I got home and I was early. Very professional. We went into the attic to verify whether or not there was any water damage and we found none. He went up on the roof and found the issue, patched and sealed it. If we have a problem with it, he will come back out. Consummate professional in the ways that count with me. Timely, no upsell, and quality work and honest. He advised me regarding the age of the roof and when it would be time to replace it, and it all lined up with the data that I already had. I highly recommend William Niland Roofing. Straight shooter. Makes life easier not harder.

Came to inspect immediately and repaired our garage roof the same day. We had another roofer say that we needed a whole new roof. Niland Roofing was very honest, said our current roof was in good shape and needed to be repaired, not replaced. We very much appreciate his honesty and would recommend him.

This was a non-standard job, a flat roof with a decorative railing sitting on it. Water had seeped under the rubber roof and done quite a bit of damage. Bill was very professional, spent the needed time to get it right and got the job done in one session. There was other work that needed to be done by other contractors and he left the job site in good shape.

He called before he come. If he couldn t show up on time, he let me know ahead of time. He did the job In the way I wanted. We communicated well during the roof repair process. Also he promised to return if the roof still leaks. Although the weather haven t tested the roof yet (no rain so far), but I believe he will keep his promise.
