They're excellent. I'm working with Julie Supple at Warren Realty and she's excellent. She's a rental agent and they charge a fee of 1 month rent and it is split between the lessor and the lessee. She's very hardworking and imaginative. We had an issue of not having enough parking for the rental unit that I have and she just came up with other possible strategies to get the parking and she's really professional, very warm and nice. I would recommend her most highly to people.

As a trustee, I requested a proposal from Warren Realty to manage our condominium property. I found Julie Supple to be pleasant, accessible and professional throughout the process. The trustees met with the president, site manager (Julie) and accountant and found all to be direct, flexible and willing to tailor management to the needs of our medium-sized condominium property. Julie was respected by the sub-contractor we met. Although in the end, we chose someone more familiar with the property, Warren Realty is our back-up choice. The trustees recommend Warren Realty Inc for management.

We found Julie to be friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. There was no hint of pretense or artifice, nor was there any and quot;hard sell.and quot; She explained the features of each property thoroughly and answered all of our questions. She was willing to show us both places twice in order to accommodate our incongruous schedules. We wound up renting a place other than the ones she showed us. However, the fact that she was also the property manager for one of the homes was definitely a selling point. I felt that she would be extremely responsive to requests and respectful of our privacy as well. I would definitely go to Julie in the future if I needed a new home, and I have already recommended her to a friend.
