I signed a contract and gave Adam Boedker $1100.00 to begin consultation and design work for my property in the middle of October. He called me a week after I gave him the check, he called once more three weeks later after I had called him to ask about his progress, telling me he had contacted several engineers and wanted to set up appointments. I have not heard from him since. That was almost two months ago.
Description of Work: No work was performed.

Response from URBANA GARDEN DESIGN
I implore any who read this negative review will also consider my response. This former client lives within a sensitive watershed adjacent to a beautiful lake in Arlington. According to state and town conservation laws, environments such as these enjoy a protected status. Any building or landscape construction project must first satisfy the attendant environmental regulations in order to secure a permit. With the client's approval, I hired an engineer to prepare the necessary field survey and documentation. Upon discovery that her landscape wishes were outside the realm of the environmentally permissible she became very upset. I believe she felt I was to blame for this, and subsequently was unresponsive to repeated phone calls. Due to the engineering fees I paid on behalf of Ms Yarrow, my own hourly fees were left unpaid. Because I couldn't spare the time to pursue the matter legally I left the debt uncollected. I was unaware of this unfavorable review until recently and have successfully completed many projects since the date it posted. I respect my client's time and money, and have developed lasting personal connections with many. I value these relationships and earned trust above all else. Sincerely, -Adam Boedker
