I used Reenstierna initially for the purchase of my house and most recently for an appraisal that was used in an application for a tax abatement. The appraiser was professional, attentive to the context of each appraisal, was open to input, and did a very good job explaining his decisions. A bit pricey, but excellent customer service and product. I hired them twice and would do so again.
