SIGNATURE LANDSCAPE SERVICE

They responded quickly and professionally, and did a good job maintaining my lawn with regular upkeep. I very much appreciated their willingness to help me out promptly. Although I initially thought I would just use them temporarily, I now plan to continue working with them in the future.

To be clear, Signature Landscape Service did NOT perform any services for me. However, I did receive an estimate and then asked them to perform the service. This is the story of what happened. I called and let them know that I wanted to go with them to do the yard cleanup based on their estimate. I told them that I would like to get the cleanup done fairly soon, however, since I had not yet moved into my house, there wasn't a rush to get it done. They told me they were booked through the current week, but asked if the following week was OK, no later than Friday of that second week. I said sure, no problem. Two weeks passed, and no work was done. The Monday or Tuesday after they said they would do the work (May 31st/June 1st) I called them back and left a message asking if someone could let me know when they planned to come out to do the yard cleanup. I got a call back and they said that they had been backed up with jobs, and also said that I told them it wasn't a rush to get it done. I told them that was true, but they had given me a date of the previous Friday so I assumed the work would be done by then, and that if they had to reschedule I just would have liked to know about it. So, they said we will come out to do the yard cleanup on Friday (June 4th) and if for some reason it couldn't be done then, my house would be the first job on Sat. morning (June 5th). I said that's fine with me. Saturday the 5th comes and I go over to my house that evening. No work was done on the yard. I called Signature Landscape Service and left a message saying that they could drop my house from their itinerary since this was the second time I was told they would do the work and they didn't. Signature Landscape Service may actually provide a great landscaping service, however, I can only rate them based on their lack of communication and customer service I received and I was left disappointed.

They were fine. They are not real gardeners; they are lawn people. Their price was pretty average.

We have continued to use them for about three years and have been pretty pleased with them. I can't say they do anything outstanding with their work as they don't pay attention to the little things that I wish that they would.
