Description of Work: I came in contact with them in 2006, when I moved to this new condo/townhouse in Brookline, Massachusetts. We maintained them to do our mowing, they still do our landscaping once a week. They come every week.

+ -1 moreWe never contracted them to do anything, they just decided to do it without our knowledge while we were out of town. We had just spent several thousand dollars to put in a large curved planting bed on the front slope of our yard. He obliterated the landscaping lines on one side that we had put there. I had to argue with him to get the mulch taken out. Our landscaper is now going to come back and continue our rock wall down the slope to have a visual separation between the two yards. The man argued about removing the mulch from our yard and was very rude.
Description of Work: They were working in our neighbor's yard. They came into our yard and laid mulch on a section of our lawn when we were out of town without asking us. We had just spent several thousand dollars having a large slope in the front of our house redesigned with a large, curved bed. He took out our landscaper's curved edge and covered the lawn area up to our neighbor's yard with mulch. When they finally removed the mulch at our insistence, they left a black, ugly area with little bits of grass sticking out.
