They are incredibly responsive. They're reliable. They get the hard jobs done. We haven't left them.

We never contracted them to do anything, they just decided to do it without our knowledge while we were out of town. We had just spent several thousand dollars to put in a large curved planting bed on the front slope of our yard. He obliterated the landscaping lines on one side that we had put there. I had to argue with him to get the mulch taken out. Our landscaper is now going to come back and continue our rock wall down the slope to have a visual separation between the two yards. The man argued about removing the mulch from our yard and was very rude.
