I am a landlord and was in desperate need to have a few outlets within a rental unit serviced as they were RED flagged by city of Boston ISD for non-grounding. I called a few local electricians and none could fit me into their schedule. I remembered the Homeadvisor adds and went online searched for the services I needed and filled out form. And within 15 minutes Ray from Daly Electric, Inc. gave me a call, he identified himself and asked me what services I needed. I explained the situation and Ray gave a call back with a quote and an appointment for Monday morning within 20 minutes. Keep in mind that we first made contact on Friday morning. Ray was really convenient as I could not be on site. I left the keys to the unit and he called me when he got to the property. Ray, called me once again on inspection to confirm the work as well as alert me about polarity issues with other outlets in the unit. Ray gave me a competitive price and service I am happy with. My perception of Ray and Daly Electric, Inc. from this one instance is that they are clear in their communication and follow through which made feel I was making the right choice in hiring his services. I would say I recommend Ray from Daly Electric, Inc. and would consult and use their services again.
