Description of Work: The overall services performed were good but the attention to my property was less than optimum. When they removed the old roofing, materials were strewn all over the front and back lawn destroying several plants. Ladders and workers tools were either on top of or leaning on my shrubbery.The Project Manager did not stay through the completion of the project.I must say that the owner was very responsive when I contacted him to express my disappointment. He was extremely apologetic and replaced all damaged plants. He instructed the crew to clean up the property. Having said that I would be reluctant to use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced existing tar and gravel roof. Striped off old roof and replaced ith with a vinal membrane roof. Did great job of clean up and disposal

Description of Work: They gave me a detailed estimate that included everything they knew would be needed. There were no bad surprises. Showed up and completed the job on time. Courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Although we, ultimately, did not go with Ranch Roofing to replace our gutters and roof, our experience with them was very positive, cordial and professional.

Description of Work: Their price was very good and the estimator was knowledgeable, and so I picked Ranch for my flat porch roof replacement project. We had a bobble after I sent in the deposit -- no one got in touch for a couple of weeks after my check was cashed -- but the owner himself called me after I brought the problem to their attention (he explained that the office had been in the process of moving), and everything went well from that point. The crews showed up when scheduled, they knew their jobs and they completed the work in the time promised, and they did a good job cleaning up. My shrubs and plantings were well protected/avoided and not injured. And I liked it that the owner stopped by in person a couple of times. Overall I was very pleased in the end.

Description of Work: They installed sun tubes and a skylight and they were fantastic. I have no critiques of this service!

Description of Work: Whole roof. Did what was promised, great clean up, on time. Professionals...not some guys in a pickup truck who stop at Homedepot on way to the job

Description of Work: Re-surfaced/re-shingled my whole roof.

Description of Work: Came for an estimate, were professional and courteous, and presented us with a quote for replacing our EPDM flat roof and re-sizing and installing a new skylight. We did not proceed further with them because of budgetary constraints, but they were in the top 3 choices for us. Might use them for other jobs in the future.

Description of Work: Ranch Roofing was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to phone calls and emails. The price was the best out of all of the quotes we received. When the contractor arrived to give the quote, he brought samples, explained why he gave that particular quote and was very helpful to understand each step of the process of replacing out roof. All of the work was done in a period of 8 hours, and even when a few items were broken in the process of replacing the roof, the contractor was very responsive and spoke to us about how to be reimbursed. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I called to ask for a quote and see if they actually would do the work. Instead of telling me "no", they referred me to another roofer who was near my area who was nice and did a good job

Description of Work: Ranch roofing replaced my entire roof and flashing within 1 day. They delivered service exactly as they stated- a dumpster was delivered as scheduled, the crew showed up on time and did the work from start to finish- and the dumpster was removed - I was at work when the work was done and they took photographs to show me the condition of the wood on the roof and every stage of the project. I was very impressed with the work they did. They have also been very responsive for some small items that needed addressing months after the work was completed. Excellent crew and company! I've recommended them to many others.

Description of Work: Installed new roof. They were professional, worked quickly and neatly. Considering a windy day, they did an excellent job cleaning up my yard of all debris. Very professional and efficient. John Cataldo was excellent at explaining the process, service, and products they used. The whole crew worked hard and completed the work in one day. |The only issue was the dumpster left behind was dropped off and picked up by an outside company, they were unable to use their own dumpster at the time. The dumpster was there a few extra days and when it was moved, it left a bunch of nails and debris on my driveway. |I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. Quality of service and products is A1!

Description of Work: I called Ranch Roofing for a quote for roof repair. They called back and indicated they could give us a quote for the work without entering the property and would drive by the home later that week. Two weeks later, I still had not received the quote. I called back twice more. At one point I did receive a call asking about their quote, which apparently was sent to the wrong email address. I gave them the right email, and they said they would resend. I still have not seen anything and have gone with another, more responsive company.
