Description of Work: Good price, cheaper than other bids and included more. Work was done when promised and completed on time.

Description of Work: Got a crazy range of quotes, Ranch was right in the middle. The sales rep was hones and knew what he was talking about. There was no hard sell. They ended up having a day open up (job took one day) and it was done a week after I talked to them. This usually wont't happen if you are a multi day job. They don't want to start a multi-day job on Friday. Team was fast and cleaned up. I have not found any nails or broken shingles around the house since the work was done. They re-flashed the chimney (which was leaking) and added a roof vent fan. We have had some crazy rain since and not a drop entered the house. Looks great, no drama.

Description of Work: I asked for roof inspection, when I saw a car parked outside of the garage, I went out to greet the inspector, but there was no one there in the car and around the garage, so I shouted "Hello, anybody here?", no response. Then I don't know where to find him, just kept on waiting, after 5 minutes, the inspector showed up from the gate to the backyard, I am not happy about this experience, he should have waited in the car or knocked the door, ran into my backyard without my knowledge is not a professional behavior

Description of Work: Replaced the roof and the attic skylight, and vented the soffits. They also re-sealed the area around the chimney. They completed the job in a total of two days, and their workmanship certainly looks professional. The price quotes were accurate, and the workers were punctual, neat and professional. I am very pleased with the work thus far, but the true test of quality and durability will be the coming Winter(s).

Description of Work: Clear snow off roof (house, attached 3-season porch & garage). Also removal of segments of ice dam accumulations in gutters. | |Some broken roof shingles resulted (perhaps expected for this type of process?). |Price seemed somewhat high versus our experience a few years ago with a different contractor to clear snow from the same area. | |Otherwise satisfactory. They apparently did the best they could to avoid damaging shrubs and other sensitive spots around house foundation when shoveling the snow off the roof. | |Foreman and crew were all very courteous.

Description of Work: Complete rip and replace of entire roof including: reflashing around brick chimney, vents and plumbing stack and locations where roof meets house siding; attaching and replacing roof deck (as needed); installation of Grace Ice and Water shield (including running it up the side of the house and replacing the shingle siding on the house); new drip edge; installation of architectual roof shingles. The work was done well with frequent communication. The actual roofing work was done in one day and several days later the carpentry work was completed. Carpentry work included some fixes that were not at all related to the roofing job (e.g., woodpecker damage, rotting corner boards, etc.).

Description of Work: They stripped the old roof layers , removed an old chimney and patched opening and installed a new roof. Cleaned area and removed all debris. They were professional, prompt, experienced and nice. Would recommend and use them again.
