The roof was changed last week and the quality is great.

Requested a quote and diagnosis for replacement. The person did not call back. He keeps having a doubt that the work may not be replacement, but repair, although I stressed that the quote I need is replacement.

Went quite poorly. Todd Finestone came in and right away started talking about 15 things wrong with the roof. It is an old house, and a lot of what he said went over my head. I don't question his expertise, but there was no preamble, no respect for my time. I think he expected me to stay with him the entire time he was in the property. When I said I had to return to a meeting, he was visibly miffed, and asked me why I chose this time. It's called work. Just like you are doing yours, I am doing mine. You know, to pay people like you! I know I called you to do the work, but I didn't want to be guided through your process! In the end, he emailed with a quote that is more than twice what I have been quoted elsewhere. I didn't employ these folks, but they sure made a crappy first impression.

Overall excellent experience with the Ranch roofing team! Very professional, punctual, and friendly. Todd did a great job up front explaining the issues with our old roof, and all of the details of what would be done to replace it properly. He promptly answered all of our questions and made us feel good about the upcoming work. On the day of work, Bob and his crew arrived on time and immediately started setting up for the job. Bob explained what would be done, when they’d need my input or to get into the house, and introduced some other crew members leading the work. The job was done in one day, as originally agreed to, and the crew did a thorough job cleaning up the huge amount of old roof materials and trash. The roof looks great, and I’m happy with job. 👍

Fantastic. We decided not to choose the low bidder because we were removing the roof during a raining spring in order to install a new dormer, followed by complete re-roofing. We made the right decision. Ranch prepared and executed the construction flawlessly. We were equally as pleased with their service; Todd, Bob and Dave were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Ranch!

Todd @ Ranch Roofing responded quickly by p[hone. He gave a good explanation of what to watch for in the future. We will certainly call RR again if we need further work done.

Individual stated that he does not repair roofs and that he only replaces full roofs. The description of his company does not indicate no repairs and it was frustrating to have him suggest a handyman. The goal was to contact a roofing company so that the work would be completed by a licensed professional in roofing.

Rapidly and smoothly. A few days earlier, Todd came over to look at the roof and the attic. He provided a very helpful and detailed explanation of what the job would involve. He also gave me the addresses of houses whose roofs Ranch Roofing had replaced so that I could see what the different colors of shingle samples looked like in place. Having worked together on a number of other roofs, crew members knew exactly what needed to be done. They worked tirelessly and efficiently; I was amazed that they completed the job in one day. They made an effort to protect as many of the foundation plantings as possible. They left the yard and driveway free not only of debris but also of leaves and twigs that had fallen. Ideally, the price would have been a little lower; but I was looking for quality and I found it. We now have a roof that will outlast us. I am delighted that one of my friends recommended Ranch Roofing.

I would recommend them. It took them one day to do the roof. They were about 17 men because they brought in their team. They tore off all the sheeting, they fixed my chimney, they put on new sheeting and reroofed my roof in one day and cleaned up. I was looking for a quality roof, we were looking for a particular kind. There were only 2 companies in the area that had the highest ratings for it. We did bring in the other company for an estimate, but I kind of didn’t like them.

They were very good. They fully explained everything. They were very good. They were also very responsive. They were there when they were expected to be there. They were really solid. They were somewhat expensive but other than that they were top notch. The experience was very good. I was hoping it wouldn't be as expensive as it was but they were very good.

Ranch Roofing recently installed a full roof replacement on my home. I had 4 contractors visit my home and only Ranch did an exterior visual inspection of the house and took pictures, then went up in my attic and took more pictures. Then they explained the benefits of a properly ventilated attic. They showed samples of their shingles, ice barrier, and underlayment, and to my inexperienced eye, their product seemed superior to the other contractors. Their presentation was thorough and lasted approx 45 minutes. All others lasted about 10-12 minutes. The 7 man crew arrived on the scheduled day at the promised time. My entire house was the clad in tarps and stripped shingles slipped harmlessly away with no damage. The foreman explained in detail each step of the process as it was on going. The crew worked in synch with no wasted effort. When complete the foreman reviewed in detail the entire process. The final cleanup was thorough and left no sign that they had even been there. 90 minutes after the crew left the owner of Ranch stopped by to assure that I was 100% satisfied with the project and had no lingering questions. Yes Ranch was just a tad more expensive but I am more than comfortable that I picked the right company for the job. Quality of product, impressive presentation, workmanship, expertise, attention to customer concerns, all have my highest possible ratings. I would recommend Ranch Roofing to any and all new roof seekers.

The Ranch Roofing team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They replaced the roof in one day. I took some time to watch the work being done. They were very thorough in all stages of the project. We have pets and children so we were concerned about nails and debris around the house. The guys did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the project and the foreman walked around with me afterwards to double check for strays. They even took care of a bees nest that they found in one of the bushes! I got costs from three highly rated vendors and Ranch came in with the lowest bid. Friendly guys, quality work and cost effective, it doesn't get any better than that.

Very well. They installed a ventilating system with a ridge vent that should stop a persistent ice dam problem. I worked with Dave who did a great job explaining and overseeing the job. Also Bob (owner) who filled in when Dave was away for a few days. Great people to work with. Cleanup was very good.

Very happy with the results and with our experience working with them. We had a lot of questions about our ventilation options (our roof is not at all amenable to the ridge-vent-and-soffit set-up), and Todd, our sales rep, always responded quickly and thoroughly. We had good communication with the scheduling team as well. The roofing crew was efficient and professional, and did an excellent job on the clean-up. We're particularly pleased with how well they cleaned our neighbor's driveway and how well they protected that neighbor's cars, which we couldn't convince them to leave on the street (their driveway butts up against our house - they're very particular about the upkeep of their yard, and since we need their cooperation for many projects, we want to keep them happy). The roof looks great, and thanks to the recent heat wave, we can already feel the impact that the added attic ventilation is having on the temperature in the house. Would hire again, and will absolutely recommend them to friends.

Ranch Roofing did an amazing job for us from start to finish. We were in the midst of re-shingling our house, when our siding contractor took photos of problems with our roof, and we had to decide whether to have him patch it or if we should replace it along with its eight skylights. I found Ranch Roofing on the Velux skylight web site, filled out their web form in the afternoon, and was talking to Todd the next morning. Todd explained that if we replaced the roof, we'd want to do it before the siding contractor re-shingled the dormer, so suddenly, we had to move quickly in order to keep the re-shingling project on track. Todd came to the house on a Monday; sent us an estimate that night; had Bob, the owner, on-site on Wednesday to iron out details; then got skylights ordered, the permit application done, and insurance binders sent by the end of the week. The following Thursday, Bob and the crew showed up, replaced the roof and eight skylights in a single day, and left the site neater than they found it. The people we worked with at Ranch - Todd, Bob, and the crew bosses, Dave and Rodrigo - were not only professional, but really personable. It's a great company.

Excellent experience from quote to completion. They're great, customer focused people - possibly the nicest contractors I've ever met! We live in a two unit building has both a flat rubber roof and a pitched shingle roof - the rubber portion was pooling in areas and had a leak. Todd came out and was very prompt in providing a quote to both units with a complete explanation of the work needed. Bob oversaw the work and did a great job keeping us in the loop and reviewing the end product with us. The roof looks great, definitely recommend!

Excellent job! very professional. I did a lot search before hiring ranch and I am very happy for the job they did and the cost which is significantly lower than the competition. The way the crew works is very impressive as they make sure sure no damage is cause to the property and everything is clean after they are done. Bob is very responsive and will keep you informed of every that is going on. I will definitely hire them again if I need a service they provide.

They're great! They are a private company owned by I think a father and son. They were honest and did what they said. Came when they said they would They were upfront about everything. They even gave me addresses of nearby homes that had the actual colors so I could see what I really wanted. I had a problem in the back that had leaks. They were honest about what I could or shouldn't do, it ended up that the whole roof needed replaced. They did a good job at thoroughly evaluating the problem. I found much cheaper and more expensive, they were middle of the road. They went through all the pros and cons of the skylights. They were very respectful! They had a team of 14 or 15 people they were impressive, done in a day and a half. You name it they had it.

They were very professional, showed up on time, cleaned up well, performed the work quickly and efficiently. The price was slightly higher than some other companies but the work and the time they did it were fantastic. It took about 6 hours to replace a 915sq ft roof that has multiple slopes and skylight window.
