Philip was responsive, clean, punctual and professional with all aspects of the project, from the estimate until completion of the work. He even followed up with a phone call after completion of the job to be sure we were satisfied. He also was helpful recommending and securing parts that I did anticipate having on hand for the project.

I called to schedule the repair and he was able to come out a few days later on my preferred date and time. He was on time (even a few minutes early!), did the work quickly and was polite and professional. I would definitely use him again.

I have used Phillip?s Electrical on 2 occasions with great results. I needed work down on my home that I had put on the market this past May. After a home inspection it was noted that work was required on the electrical box and it was recommended that the entire board be replaced at a cost of $2000.00. I had Phillip give me a second opinion and he found only the outside cable was in need of repair and the cost of replacing that was $600.00. I was relieved and felt confident after his explanation that the necessary and safe repair would pass inspection and it did. After selling my home I moved into a home that was built in the late 1800?s. Based on my first experience with Phillip I engaged him again to assess electrical work that need to be done to bring this older home up to code. This was a large scale project once it was discovered that old knob and tubing existed and that electrical work done in the 60?s was done haphazardly. Philip clearly communicated what needed to be done, what the financial outlay would be and did prepare me for each worst/best case scenario. He was able to work on a tight timeline as contractors were due into the home within 3 weeks of his start date. I have nothing but praise for Phillip and his crew and the work ethic they displayed. Professional, efficient, clean and cordial, the project was completed on time with minimal disruption. Phillip was on the job working side by side with his crew and accessible for consultation. It was a pleasure working with him and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Philip responded very quickly to my email request for an estimate and came to the house exactly on time. We discussed our lighting needs and he made many recommendations that made everything very simple. He provided an estimate by email, we arranged for a time (2 days) to do all the work and he and his helper arrived, did all the work, cleaned up everything and worked closely with us if there were any questions. He purchased all the necessary equipment and kept the prices comfortably low. The new lighting looks terrific! The only reason the work wasn't done for two weeks (see below) was by my request.

Bought a townhouse recently that needed a lot of updating. Was referred to Phil's Electric who came to my home free of charge and went over room by room with me to discuss what I wanted and offered very helpful suggestions around lighting. Was very flexible with his time to schedule around my schedule and offered a reasonable estimate. On the first day it was great to see him put down drop clothes and clean everything as he went along from project to project - room to room. Did everything I asked for AND charged me exactly what he had estimated in advance.
