Contacted them on Saturday about replacing a storage water heater with a tankless. They said they could be here 8 am Monday morning (they don't do tankless replacements on the weekends). Explained everything they did and left the area clean (it was in the basement and it looked just as clean as before they did their work).

Eric was fantastic with his communication, and the job was completed quickly and with quality.

I want to give a long overdue “Thank you” to Eric who is the owner of Mouradian Plumbing & Heating Inc. Eric’s team installed a steam boiler for me in October 2019. Since then, I have been calling his company when I have heating/plumbing problems. His company does a great job. Besides their excellent service quality, the one thing I like most about his firm is that when I text Eric the problem, he always gets back to me right away; someone would then come out to fix said problem that same day. They also come on time, or they call and communicate with you if they are going to be late. I remember that they came around 9:00pm one cold night last winter to fix the radiators in order for us to have a warm night’s sleep. Eric knows what he is doing and is a super responsible person. He treats his clients like his friends and fixes problems as if they are in his own home.

Eric called me immediately upon submitting my request for bids on a new tankless hot water heater and we discussed several options. We settled upon a time and he and his plumbers showed up on the date and time scheduled. They were prepared and did an excellent job. I couldn't be more pleased with Mouradian's service and professionalism. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing and water heating projects.

Eric and his team were very easy to work with. From the quote I worked with the Massave program to secure financing. Scheduling was easy. They removed my old oil fired steam boiler and gas fired water heater and installed a new gas fired steam boiler with indirect water heater system. Looking forward to working with Mouradian again for large plumbing projects.

In all my life, I have not seen a better company. Young, serious people with high professionalism and a sense of responsibility for the work entrusted to them. The cost of installing two boilers was lower than five other companies!

I hired Eric to install a Lochinvar noble heating unit in my home and he and his teams did an amazing job. I will certainly be engaging Eric in the future should any future service needs arise. They were able to complete the job on time as promised (in two days) and they worked diligently, efficiently, and took care to keep my home clean and follow Covid safety protocols (which I highly appreciated). Two weeks ago, in the middle of a snowstorm, I had an emergency; no hot water and no heat for 3 days. After calling in 2 plumbers (2 days) who did not know what to do. Day 3, I left a voicemail for Eric Mouradian who called back promptly and that he was in Belmont and he would come over. A few minutes later, he came by and did an assessment. I asked a lot of questions and he provided information that I did not know. We discussed my options. I made the decision to replace my boiler. Eric said that he would install it the next morning 8:00am. I was thrilled and relieved. He called me about 2 hours after he left to say that they had finished another job earlier than expected and could come by now and begin the removal of the old boiler, which they did They came by next morning at 8:00am and installed my new boiler in a few hours. I really like the quick and responsible way Eric and his team made my emergency go away. I appreciate Eric's concern and friendliness, professionalism and promptness. He's a nice guy and one whom I will call again when the need arises.

I hired Eric and his team to install a high-efficiency gas boiler for heat and hot water in my basement. The job also included the removal of my old oil furnace and oil tank and electrical water boiler. First, Eric was the nicest master plumber I have ever met. When he first visited to quote the work, he had great recommendations and priced the job reasonably. Along the way, Eric always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. He was trustworthy and finished the job as scheduled. His team did an excellent job installing my new high-efficiency gas boiler. I highly recommend this company.

Eric Mouradian and his whole crew were extremely professional and performed the worked flawlessly and expediently. Their prices were reasonable and the company very honest and direct. We had our 75 gallon vented water heater replaced and are enjoying our hot water.

I found Eric Mouradian from HomeAdvisor.com. He is the best professional I have ever found! His company installed a water meter and did the heating conversion (from oil to gas) for me. His prices were very reasonable compared to other plumbers in the Belmont area but his works quality is still excellent. His team is very friendly and professional. The thing that impressed me most with Eric was that he took his responsibilities very seriously and would help you like you are his best friend. I texted him on Friday night around 10:00 oclock when my old heating system (not the one he installed) stopped working and he immediately texted back that he would send someone over in the morning! He and his team were amazing and fixed our heating in no time! Michael, James and Joe, I want to thank you for coming out on weekends to help me. You guys are great!!!

I have gone through many plumbers, but Eric and his team are truly professional which is very rare in the plumbing trade. Mouradian plumbing is my only choice moving forward. I recommend them to friends and family whenever I can!!

We hired Mouradian to replace our gas-fired boiler, which was failing after 30y. Eric was very responsive, came, suggested a great solution, especially the tricky part of where to vent the boiler in our 19th century home. We got a great competitive quote, they came and completed the work the same week we paid the down payment. We are very happy with the work, a great experience. Highly recommended.

Not the cheapest, but in my experience the best value if you want top-notch work.
