MaidPro

I contacted MaidPro after they were recommended by a recent Boston Globe article. Maid Pro wanted over $800 to do the first major cleaning of a 1,100 square foot condo where there were no pets and only one person living. They wanted $210 bi-weekly after that. This cost is ridiculous compared to other small companies and similar companies. In addition, the sales person was very unprofessional when he arrived at my place (e.g. he received two cell phone calls during his very brief visit) and it was very clear from the quoted price and his attitude that he did not care for my business.

Mediocre work. Spoke with manager about poor quality of floors. No improvement. On one occasion I was home and was astonished to observe that the 2-person crew was in the house for about 1 hour 20 minutes while I was paying for 4 hours of work. Still the floors were dirty and the shower not scrubbed. Small area rugs were not shaken out. No kids here. No pets. This is a cream puff assignment yet they shirk their responsibility. I cannot recommend them.

John was very polite and professional. He returned my phone call promptly and gave me a quick estimate, but after that we decided to hire somebody else.

They cleaned my apartment for over 2 years and the service was always impeccable.
