Description of Work: Jim did a great job with my water heater and was able to accomodate my very busy schedule (he showed up at 6:50am). Over the following week two unrelated issues occured in the second floor rental apartment of my two family home. He was extremely attentive to both of the jobs which were significantly less than our original contract. I find that plumbers and electricians like to bend over backsward for $1,000+ job but will barely return a call when you have the $100-200 variety. Jim was not like this at all, he promptly returned my messages and was able to come by and fix minor issues within 24 hours of being contacted. He is my new "go to" plumber. Thank you Jim !

Description of Work: I purchased an outdoor hose faucet replacement deal. One of 4 outside faucets became inoperable over a year ago, which terminated all use of exterior faucets. Jim found accessing the piping to accomplish the repair was very problematic. He recommended having a carpenter remove a section of paneling in cellar cedar closet to gain access. That was done, but access was not able to be gained for that faucet. So I had the carpenter remove a section of paneling to access the piping for another outside faucet that had stopped working years ago. After that, Jim returned, cut off the water supply to the 1st faucet to prevent leakage, then very successfully replaced the second faucet. I now have 3 working exterior faucets and once again have a beautiful green lawn.
