It went well - I used a coupon from Angie's List that he had posted. My project was bigger than the scope of the coupon, so he sectioned the bill off into two pieces. Jim was on-time and on-task. He was very responsive, respectful, and tidy. He and his employee did a great job. There was a little issue afterwards and he was immediately responsive via text and came and took care of it the next morning.

I purchased an Angies List "big deal" for this service. Jim was able to give me a prompt service date. He came when he promised and did what he promised for the price that he promised. Zero problems, satisfied with all aspects.

Jim's great. He's responsive and responsible. I don't call anyone other than him. He even corrected some bad work I had.

Like clockwork. Broke it late last night. Called Jim at 7 AM today. He returned my call at 8 AM. Gave me 1-3 slot today. Tech showed up at 1:30. Finished and gone at 2:30. Very courteous and professional. Gave insights into buying plumbing arts, service, and the industry. Spent time to debrief the entire process. Whole scenario from start to finish couldn't have gone better at all. I will call Jim first for any future plumbing needs.

I bought a deal for the toilet install. The scheduling was easy, he arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. He even humored my very curious and inquisitive 4 year old daughter who was very excited to watch his work. I would definitely recommend Jim Richard and would hire him again in the future!

Plumber arrived on this and did the work exactly as asked. Was very helpful giving me some ideals and help on replacing the sink in the kitchen. At the end of the job he even went so far as to replace all the items under the sick. Was very happy with his work and would definitely hire him again.

He asked for potential times, took one and showed up and completed work in the expected time window. Great, fast, neat work. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

Provider was on vacation when first contacted. Wish I knew that before buying & paying for package upfront. Also the frost-free spigot would not fit/work in my application. And he had to travel 40 min to my house. Again - wish I had known this before paying up front. So he was a nice guy, and knowledgeable plumber, that installed a new good "regular" spigot, In the end I just needed a regular spigot, from a good closer plumber available < 1 week, at a price more appropriate to my simpler needs. Not disastrous, just not the optimal plumbing sourcing experience from AL that I hoped for.

I bought a big deal for this service and was great. I would recommend them to a neighbor or friend.

It didn't go at all as above the person did not call or respond to my request for a plumber.

The plumber (forgot his name) arrived on time and was extremely professional. Found out after we purchased a prepay service that they did not service our town but was able to accommodate. He was able to fix an unusual and complicated electrical sink hook up and removed it with ease. He took the extra time to scrub old dirt from the old faucet. He did not charge extra despite the extra time needed for the complicated hookup and also refused to take my tip! Where can you find awesome contractors like this these days? 110% service and would defiantly use this company again (only if they will travel to my town again, another bonus). :)

Easy to schedule online - I used a promotion from Angie's List which made it easy to coordinate a small job. He was professional and efficient. It was a small job but I would definitely use his services in the future!

The plumber arrived on time and got right down to work. The foundation for the new toilet required some extra steps to install the new toilet cleanly and without any rocking. When they left it looked great; works great; no issues.

Jim is an extremely knowledgeable and competent plumber. Very nice and easy to work with.

He is always really quick to respond. He does a great job and he is pretty reliable. I use him a lot. He was kind enough with his assistant to carry out my old dryer for me that I thought was above and beyond. The work he did is great. His work is always good. He is very clean. He is a little expensive though.

He responds fairly quickly. He has reasonable prices, and his quality and professionalism are very good. He is fair in his assessments and if he can't fix it he gives referrals. He is an honest man. I have been using him for about a year and a half.

He came promptly both at the beginning and end. We both had to wait for the supplier to get the requested parts but we kept in touch throughout the process and he picked up the parts for me so that I didn't have to drive out to get them.

We are extremely pleased with the services provided by Jim. We just moved in to an older house and had some heating and plumbing work to take care of (connecting a radiator in one of the bedrooms that was not functional, and replacing a extremely old toilet). Jim came out to look at the work and was very responsive in providing a detailed written estimate. We were able to schedule the work quickly. He showed up right on time the day of (in fact was there a little early) and worked efficiently the entire time he was there. He did a great job of cleaning up after his work as well, which is greatly appreciated. I felt that Jim was honest in his work, and did not try to up sell us at all. We will definitely use Jim as our go to plumber from now on.

He was on time, friendly, and did a competent job. I would hire him again for other plumbing needs.

He came and looked at the shower valve. He told me he could locate the part by the end of the day. He had trouble turning off the valve for the house's water, but he did it. He came back at around 2pm that day and replaced the shower valve. He was respectful and explained what he was doing. I am so grateful to him for his kindness, his honesty and his service.

They arrived on time and made quick work of the replacement with a superior, new, freeze proof spigot. They also installed a much needed shutoff valve at a very reasonable price.
