Description of Work: I called Mr. Richard regarding a leaking radiator and left a message. Mr. Richard called me back quickly and scheduled an appointment. He was very skilled and his rate was very reasonable for the work performed. He went above and beyond to fit us into his schedule since water was leaking out onto the floor. Mr. Richard was wonderful and we will definitely contact him whenever we need a plumber.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for an outdoor hose faucet replacement.

Description of Work: Installed new toilet in very small 1/2 bath on first floor and moved the replaced toilet and installed it on the second floor bathroom. They are an excellent resource and I highly recommend their plumbing services.

Description of Work: He replaced an outside faucet. I was very impressed. We had just moved into a new house and needed to replace an old faucet, so I bought the Big Deal. When they came out, we realized that the inside plumbing they needed to get to had been closed off into a space around the oil tank, which a previous owner had completely walled in with no access. They told us they couldn't change the faucet until there was access to that area. In the meantime, they took apart the old faucet and put it back together, so it worked perfectly without leaking. After we converted from oil to gas heating and we'd taken down the wall to remove the oil tank, then they came back and changed the faucet. They didn't charge us anything extra for coming twice or for fixing the old faucet. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Jim Richard sent Matt over to take a look at my kitchen faucet --which I initially thought needed replacing. Matt spent all of a minute looking at our issue and solved it, then didn't charge me a cent. He was super knowledgeable and professional and didn't make me feel like a total idiot when the thing was fixed almost instantly.

Description of Work: Had to a toilet drain fail on a holiday weekend. Jim was at my place in less than an hour. It took another day for him to arrive with extra help and a new toilet. Doh! Someone dropped a hair clip in their and it turns out this is fatal to a toilet. | |Great service, attitude, and honest pricing.

Description of Work: We were thinking about remodeling our bathroom and needed some idea as to cost. Jim responded to my call right away and came to our house. he gave me lots of useful information on replacing the toilet, sink, and tub. At this time we've decided not to do the work, but I wouldn't hesitate to use him if we needed plumbing work done.

Description of Work: Mr. Richard called me back right away and scheduled a time to come out to inspect a possible leaking radiator. He came the next day as promised and immediately identified the leaking radiator and fixed it. He did great work and we will definitely call him again.

Description of Work: I haven't needed to use a plumber recently but last year, Jim Richard replaced the faucet in my kitchen sink and did so completely to my satisfaction . I regard him as a reliable go-to guy, professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: As before, Jim is thoroughly professional. Previously, after a call, he had suggested that my local municipality should fix a leak at the main/meter for free (which proved true), "cheating himself" out of what would have been his personal billing.

Description of Work: Had a plugged utility drain, and was unable to run the washer. 50 years of lint and soap junk made a concrete block in the pipe. Jim cleared the pipe. When I asked about the potential for re-plumbing the laundry room, he steered me away from wasting the money with great logic. I will be very comfortable calling on him again and trusting that he will do right by me.
