 + -1 moreI had hired him a decade ago and remembered him as being friendly and being extremely generous about the price. We had an initial consultation. He did not call back the next evening with the estimate, as agreed. A week later I called him. He apologized and said he'd call the next day. But he never did call.
Description of Work: Replace electric meter and upgrade service.
