Handyman Forrest

It went way better than expected. Forrest was very professional, tidy, fast and did a wonderful job. We are so happy to have found a great handyman!!

Forrest was great! Everything was completed with great efficiency and the items are operating as they should. In two hours he knocked out 2 things I'd been procrastinating on for a total of 2 years and 8 months! It's like I have a brand new kitchen. I wasn't sure how I'd feel having a guy I didn't know in my small condo, but he's low key and very professional. I highly recommend him.

Excellent. Forrest was responsive when I contacted him and after reviewing what needed to be done, he was doing it two days later. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

From start to finish, working with Forrest is flawless. He responds to email requests immediately, arrives on time, works efficiently, and provides a quality outcome. He truly defines the description "Jack of all trades" and has helped me tick numerous "to-do's" off my list!

I was very fortunate to find Forrest to install 2 Safe Racks in my garage. Setting up the appointment was very easy given Forrest's super responsiveness. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to a family emergency and unexpected travel, but Forrest was very accommodating. Forrest quoted a price beforehand with an approximate duration, which was more than reasonable. He arrived on the dot on the day of the appointment with all the necessary tools. The actual work itself took a bit longer than expected due to poor installation instructions, but Forrest did not charge me more. The work itself was of the highest quality without any compromises, and I have 3 bikes hanging on each rack today! I've already used Forrest for another small job since, and will NOT hesitate in reaching out for any handyman services.

I learned of Forrest through a local listserv, and was so thrilled with the experience that I wanted to write about it so others can benefit - it's incredibly hard to find service like Forrest's! He was responsive, prompt, honest, very reasonably priced and did great work - we'd have him back in a heartbeat (and already mentioned a few jobs in the spring that he was happy to take on). Here's some detail of our visit: we needed a handyman to complete a few carpentry tasks so I reached out to a few others, including Forrest. Forrest was incredibly responsive - more so than any of the other tradespeople. He got back to me right away, was willing to work within our schedule to come, and was prompt to arrive at our agreed upon time. When he came, he was truly like an old friend - so friendly, direct about what we really need (he could easily have created a bigger job but he was honest about it being pretty simple - the hinge could be fixed), and a pleasure to chat with. He fixed our cabinet door quickly, explained what he'd done, and offered that we could call him back should any of the others experience the same issue - he'd be happy to fix them. We showed him some of the other things around the house that could use fixing when the snow is gone and he explained what he could do. He agreed to come back in the spring when they could be tackled. I won't hesitate to contact Forrest again!

It went very well, he only charged me for the cost of the faucet and his time to install it. Emailed me a link for an extender that I was able to install myself to improve the wifi signal in my home.

He did a very nice job with the trimming. He checked in with me a few times to make sure that the bushes were being cut back enough, but not too much. He seemed knowledgeable about how to trim the hedges to encourage growth. We didn't have a set timeline however, everything was done in a timely manner. Each day he checked in with me to let me know if and when he would be coming.
