 + -1 moreWhen I scheduled an appointment with Ron, he arrived a bit late, which didn't bother me at the time. After he took a look at the four rooms I wanted to be painted, he said the Groupon can only cover 2 rooms (even though it clearly stated 4 rooms in Groupon). When I asked him why, he said that the "wall area" exceeded the amount in the Groupon. However, in the Groupon it mentions the painting deal covers 4 rooms up to 12x12x8. I have a small house. My biggest room is only 12x12x8. When I asked him to show me his math, he stopped responding. Now I am trying to get my money back from Groupon. This is a terrible experience and complete waste of time. I regret knowing this company.
Description of Work: I purchased the Groupon deal of "$389 for two coats of Sherwin Williams paint for four rooms (a $996 value)". The deal includes painting 4 rooms up to 12 feet by 12 feet by 8 feet with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams paint. Paint was included.

 + -1 moreWe bought a LivingSocial coupon for $89 to paint one room. We called several times to redeem it, and their response was that they would only come when business was slow and they had down time. When the coupon was coming up to the expiration date, we called again, only to have them ignore the call altogether. Now we're looking at trying to get reimbursed through LivingSocial since we've hit the expiration date.
Description of Work: They refused to perform the services promised.

 + -1 moreFine, no problems. All worked out very easily. Ron very responsive to all our requests.
Description of Work: Ron Impressato worked with the designer and his workers were punctual, honest, happy and efficient. Ron was immediately responsive to the few minor touch ups we asked for and left paint all the extra paint in the garage in case we needed to touch up anything. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly.

 + -1 moreVery neat work. The painter spent a day and a half prepping and patching the wall, etc. before starting the painting. HE was polite, timely and thorough.
Description of Work: Entire first floor painted. Kitchen, living room, dining room, ceilings and walls, moldings and and trim.

 + -1 moreIt was AWFUL. Paint is already peeling off and I already had to repaint one room. My advice - DO NOT HIRE Fresh Coat! You'd be better off doing it yourself. I wish there was something positive I could say about this Company, but unfortunately they were the ONLY contractor we used which was not satisfactory.
Description of Work: Where to begin...They promised things that they never did, such as sanding the window sills prior to painting. They started at 7:45 AM and were gone by 3:00 PM everyday. They promised to be done in 5 days, but it took 7.5 which we are not sure why, since they didn't do half of the stuff they promised. This delayed our move in to our new home. They DID NOT work on Saturdays - WHAT?!?!?!? What painting Co does not work on Saturdays?? There are SEVERAL places where there are visible corner spots missed, many visible drips in paint. POOR Quality at best. AND... to make matters worse, I would come to check on the house everyday after work and I would have to clean up empty cans and iced coffee cups from my back deck and yard. Oh, as last, but not least. I was getting my entire house repainted to remove the prior owners smoke damage and one day I came home to find a fresh cigarette butt sitting in the middle of one of the bedrooms, which the owner of fresh paint admitted belonged to his employee.
