+ -1 moreI hesitate to write this review...I'm...I'm afraid he'll get so popular he'll never be available to me...but this guy...Frank...is the nicest, most competent, most trustworthy plumber in the business...he also happens to be a distance swimmer and horse trainer...how cool is that?My toilet tank/bowl wasn't filling with water...i called a local plumber (heritage plumbing) and paid the standard $95 for the guy to come out and assess...i figured he'd replace the toilet "guts"...he said he wouldn't touch it, the pipe from toilet to the wall look rusted, to replace the guts wouldn't be worth it...i should just get a new toilet, and a new pipe to the wall...to the tune of $850. yes. $850.00.I said lemme think about it and then I found Frank. He came the next morning and installed a new toilet. he said he coulda fixed the guts easily but my toilet was from the 70s and was using a ton of water...would be best to just replace it...and the pipe from the toilet to the wall wasn't rusted it was just dirty.did the whole thing for around $300. that includes the toilet itself. this guy Frank is a gem.
