+ -1 moreAbsolutely great! The project is extensive and went on throughout 2010, so a detailed story would be too lengthy. I had a very high level of interaction with Jack and Francis throughout the project, and suffice it to say I had absolute confidence in their decisions and work, and on many occasions they demonstrated they were looking out for my best interest. Their craftsmanship has left many of my friends in awe, as the work they did in the basement resembled art more than plumbing! Everything they did was done with my needs in mind. They immediately addressed the inevitable issues that came up (i.e. failed shower valve) and are an absolute pleasure to have around. Recommended without reservations. Description of Work: Jack and Francis performed all the plumbing and heating services required for a small renovation project. My cost is an estimate of their portion of the overall project since payments were made to the general contractor. Jack's work included: - Select and install a new high efficiency gas boiler and all the related plumbing. - Select and install a new hot water heating tank - Removed all plumbing related to old hot water and steam heating system - Installed new plumbing to hydro-air heating system - Replaced all plumbing and fixtures in master bathroom gut job and renovation. - Replaced all plumbing and fixtures in kitchen gut job and renovation. - Reroute all water and gas lines in the basement to accommodate new locations for washer, dryer, heating system units, sink and general clean up.
