 + 0 moreKarl and his team did a superb job for us. A job had been started by someone else who was injured and had to be completed in a specific way. Karl came in, reviewed the materials available on site, spoke with the original worker and ensured that he had all necessary information, and promptly provided an accurate estimate. When his team came, they were thorough, careful, efficient and did exactly what was needed. We were especially pleased that they thoroughly protected the rooms and then cleaned up professionally! Karl returned in person to ensure that we were happy and only accepted payment after he reviewed the work and made sure we were completely satisfied. In addition, we had lost some shingles during the fall hurricane, and Karl found a roofer willing to do a small side job for a very reasonable fee. He clearly has good networks he can use to assist homeowners. When our original worker returned to paint, he confirmed that the work was very well done.
Description of Work: Another worker had begun covering two plaster ceilings (in a bathroom and a dining room) with wallboard when he was injured. The work needed to be completed as planned using previously purchased materials. Not all contractors work well in this situation, but Karl carefully reviewed the work done, the work needed, and the materials on hand, gave a very fair estimate and explained exactly how his team would handle the job. They were prompt and efficient and completed all the work in less than a day, including clean up.
