Water heater was leaking this morning, flooding part of the basement. I called early and they came out immediately. Steve and Kevin were quick, efficient, pleasant to work with, and had the new heater installed before noon.

Their pricing was good compared to another service provider who quoted $500 for the replacement of washing machine hoses and $500 to fix the valve. They did a good job and charged us reasonably. They were reliable and friendly. They would promptly let us know whether or not any work was actually needed to be done for certain things unlike few other workmen. We have used them before for heating and air conditioning work. We would recommend them to other members.

They thought that the problem might be with the battery in the thermostat. They did not and I had the problem again. The price was okay as he also cleaned the furnace and checked it along with the repair. I think they are very reliable and prompt. Their price is also good.

They were assigned to me the first time because my utility company replaced my heat. They did the initial installation, but I called them back to repair a broken heat pump. They were very prompt, professional and returned my calls quickly and made an appointment.

I was very happy with the service. Although it was a little bit more than originally thought, he showed me the part that was flawed and I could see that it needed to be fixed. They were able to come and take care of the issue quickly. The pricing was fair.

Kevin Brennan (one of the brothers who co-owns this family business) is an absolute class act, one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and a pleasure to do business with. After our basement flooded with 4 inches of water, he responded quickly by phone and in person when our heat and hot water were knocked out, squeezing us into a very busy schedule with other homeowners in the same boat. Although the water heater could have been repaired with a new part, it was old and beyond its lifetime anyway, so we decided to just replace it. Kevin did not suggest buying a more expensive water heater than we needed, and clearly didn't take advantage of our ignorance about the boiler to charge us for unnecessary work to get it going again. He was also very happy to patiently explain how everything worked so that we understand our systems and know how to maintain them. We've used Brennan to maintain our steam heating system in the past, and every time they are prompt, professional, scrupulously honest, and very fairly priced. We trust them completely and recommend them without hesitation.

He is very pleasant. I would certainly use him again. He is a nice guy and so are his apprentices. They clean up after themselves. They come when they say and they work quickly. They were upset and apologetic about the broken tank. I am happy because the new toilet is better. The experience was good.

I was very happy with their fantastic work ethic, as well as how they responded so quickly. They came when they were supposed to and did a good quality job for us. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it.

I've worked with them many times before for various plumbing problems. They always come out to fix them. I have been pleased with them.
