Autowater was tremendously responsive and professional. My initial call was answered immediately by Anthony, and I was never put on hold! Anthony was very courteous and helpful, took my info quickly, and had me scheduled for service appointment on 2 days notice. The technician arrived promptly, explained clearly what he was going to do, and then did the job (blowing out the irrigation system) within about 20 minutes. He was courteous about asking for access to the control panel in the basement so he wouldn't have to wander back and forth through the house to do the job. Upon completion, he gave me a thorough run-down of the state that the system was left in for the winter, which valves were left open and why, and what I would have to do to get things back up and running in the spring. Overall, a tremendous experience, and I have every intention of having Autowater as our long-term service group for our system.

Geoff responded quickly to my call and came out to review the property. The installation was messy as the property is quite small. I hadn't foreseen the need to "turn over" so much of the area and don't know if it could have been a neater job, given the small space to work in. I lost some plants in the mess. However, I was glad to have it done and know that future plants would not die from lack of water. I did have one problem with the automatic moisture sensor, but someone from the office came the same day I called and fixed it. I need to have the sprayers "tweaked" for next year, as one large shrub was not in range and almost died before I realized it was getting no water during the dry period this summer.

I called, they were very friendly and professional. An appointment was made, they called ahead that day to com firm. The service guy was thorough. He tagged our main water on off switch for the sprinkler system. I pointed out a head that needs work. He said they would fix it in the spring and made a note. (Much easier to work on before the system is operational). He pointed out a drip system I didn't know we had (new house). In all he was fast, courteous and competent.

I think the experience was surprisingly good. They did not mess up on anything at all. I really enjoyed working with the service providers as they were always very professional and polite to us. They also answered any questions that I had.

Autowater responded immediately to my call, and set up an appointment. I actually missed the first one, but they were good enough to schedule another. Once we agreed on a price, which was comparable to other prices I had heard, they first sent over a plumber to install the back flow system and link up with our water supply. I wasn't home when they did this, and the way they set it up was contrary to what had been recommended by another company. It all worked out fine, though, as the supply of water was, as promised, sufficient through the pipes they connected into. The work was completed on schedule, for the agreed-upon price. Afterward, the water sensor was acting up, and someone came over immediately. Although it still seems to be shutting the system down for too long after a rain, Autowater has been very responsive, and I expect that they will continue to be. I'm very satisfied.

It ended up taking three weeks to get the appointment finally completed. When I called the office the manager ended up coming out and resolving the situation.

We were calling around for quotes so I called Autowater. They identified the problem over the phone and walked us through the solution. It took about 25 minutes and that seemed to fix the problem. My husband and I were both very impressed that Autowater would take the time to help us over the phone AND that the solution worked. We are now considering switching our additional irrigation work and maintenance to Autowater.

Geoff answered the phone when I first called, so no phone tag was necessary. His technician (Austin?) came on a Saturday morning as scheduled. I didn't know exactly where my valve box was buried so it took time to find, but the fix to my problem of a sprinkler head that wouldn't turn off was simple. The timer installation was done well. When I kept remembering "one more thing" for him to do, Austin called for another technician to come out so they could work in parallel for a while (it seemed like Austin was trying to avoid being late for the next customer). The guys were polite, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Charges were based on an hourly labor rate plus parts. Cost info was presented to me each time I asked for something else to be done. Payment was expected at the end of the visit.

Outstanding. They returned my call quickly (less than an hour). A few other companies never returned my call. Really appreciated the quick call back. The reps were friendly and easy to talk to. Was able to make an appointment for the following week. They showed up on time, friendly, professional, efficient. Also answered all of my stupid questions (this is my first sprinkler system). Sprinkler system is up and running great. Highly recommend.

This was a positive experience right from the start. I was scheduled in a timely manner. Matt, the technician, showed up promptly and was very professional throughout. He did a complete walk-through with me and explained everything in great detail. Approximately 1 month later, one of the sprinkler heads near my driveway had been damaged beyond repair. I thought that my landscaper had run it over with the lawn mower. My landscaper blamed it on improper installation. Geoff, the owner of Autowater, came out personally to investigate. As it turns out, the damage was probably due to a truck tire from another contractor running over it. Not only did Geoff replace this sprinkler head, but he also further fine-tuned my sprinklers, all at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, even the sprinkler head! Talk about goodwill. It is evident that Geoff has a great deal of pride in his company, and takes care of his customers. Autowater is definitely my lawn irrigation company for life.

The company was very responsive to our scheduling issues and came exactly at the promised time. The work was done quickly and correctly - I liked that the tech made a point of coming to show me the broken parts and to discuss how it happened (previous owner had not drained the line correctly over the winter).

Everyone from Autowater was a pleasure to deal with. The service was split across two calls. Both times, the service people were on time and called ahead before coming over (they gave us a 3 hour window for each service call). The people were friendly, professional, and I feel confident that the system is now working properly. I will definitely use again.

I called Autowater for help with a problem another company had been unable to fix after multiple attempts. They showed up that same day and fixed the problem. We'd been told that there was something wrong with our irrigation system box (a $300ish situation.) The technician discovered some setting and installation errors, which he promptly resolved. They were very prompt and professional and reasonable in their rates.

Vist was very positive. Many options given. However cost was approx 25% higher than other quotes. And I needed to go after additional quotes to determine if Autowater was truly a high bidder or was I being low balled. All other quotes were at the lower cost and within $200.00 of each other. However, I believe the work that would have been done would have been of high quality.

From the beginning my experience with Autowater has been excellent. Jeff came out to do an estimate and walked me through a bunch of different options to help me save money. They were the cheapest of three estimates. They were responsive and professional. The installation was quick and they showed me how to work the system. When I had a question later that day, they responded immediately. It turned out I had to move one of the rotary heads since we were building stairs on our deck. They have offered to do it free of charge. Off to a great start!

SIMILAR TO THE PREVIOUS POSTER, TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. 5 ZONES ONLY TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES. THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THOSE THINGS WHERE IT IS BETTER TO GET SOMEONE PROFESSIONAL TO DO THE JOB, THAN TO ATTEMPT IT YOURSELF. $64 IS A PRETTY GOOD VALUE.

TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES (6 ZONES). WE DISCUSSED SOME REPAIRS TO PERFORM IN THE SPRING (MOVE HEADS, BROKEN HEAD ETC).

WE MOVED INTO A HOME WITH AN EXISTING CONTRACT BUT UNLIKE AUTOWATER, THAT COMPANY WOULDN'T HANDLE THE WHOLE JOB. THIS JOB HAD A FEW COMPLICATIONS BUT OWNER AND STAFF WERE POLITE AND RESPONSIVE THROUGHOUT.

MATT, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS PROMPT, EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, VERY THOROUGH, AND OVERALL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM HAS BEEN WORKING PERFECTLY SINCE HIS VISIT!

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND PRICED WELL.
