They did an excellent job. Perhaps a little pricy, but very good work overall.

It was ok. The home that we bought already had a lawn irrigation system in it and they just gave us information on it and tips. They didn't do much else but they were nice and professional.

The provider proactively called me within the same day as my Big Deal purchase and set-up an appointment for the following week that was convenient to my schedule. The technician arrived promptly and got to work replacing the outdoor spigot with a replacement part that was far more durable than the original spigot that we had on the house. He worked quickly and the faucet has worked as expected. Additionally, he reviewed the overall plumbing system in my basement downstairs and offered some suggestions for overall improvements / replacements / upgrades without a hard sell. I would absolutely use Autowater Irrigation again if needed for my future plumbing projects.

Good job, nice quality. The only problem is that we showed him some additional work that we were anticipating which he seemed not totally interested in; said he would call us to schedule and then never called.

We've found them to be the best value for spring and fall sprinkler system "turn off and turn on" services, even without the Angie's List Big Deal coupon that we used back in 2011. One time my husband was called by another company and mistakenly booked an appointment with them because he thought they were Autowater Irrigation. That other company charged at least $50 more for the exact same service. The reason we haven't had to book with them recently is that we have an older sprinkler system from the 80's installed by the previous owners that's on its way out, and since we have a small back and front yard, we'll probably be using a hose sprinkler--if any--in the future.

We hired Autowater after getting a few quotes from similarly-well-reviewed firms on Angies List and theirs was the lowest quote (in addition to having the most detail). The work was split across two days (one for the plumbing and one for installing the sprinkler system itself). They were punctual, courteous, and professional, and got the job done in time with no surprises.

They had included a full plumbing inspection and really the kids that they send were not very experienced. The deal was that they would replace an outdoor closet and also do a full house inspection to let you know what you might need. They did replace the outdoor closet and then I went with an upgraded closet that they suggested which is good and I am glad I did it. But they were not able to answer particular questions I had about the water in our condominium. I will not be using them in the future.

They were able to come on relatively short notice and completed the work in a professional manner.

Fine. The only problem was they were going to follow up re: a different issue and never did.

They fixed the problem, and sent me an invoice so I could request an abatement of a high water bill from the town because of the leak.

The plumber was punctual and answered all of the questions I had. Our toilet is no longer "running" non-stop. It has been working perfectly ever since. Fantastic job!

Autowater Irrigation replaced outdoor faucet and it was very nicely done. It was a real minor job. I actually did a little upgrade, but that was by choice. They were prompt. They did a thorough job. They offered me an upgrade, which was I thought a good upgrade given the problems that I have been having with this particular outdoor faucet and it failed a couple of times. The upgrade that they offered was one that carried with it quite a substantial guarantee. It may even be lifetime. I thought it was a very worthwhile upgrade. The cost was modest. It was maybe an additional $20.

The first interaction went very well, so much so that I still use them, more than a year later. They proved competent and did what they said they would do. The office staff are courteous, friendly and responsive. There are have been a few times where I had to cancel, or they needed to reschedule, and they always handled it professionally.

They were great. The only problem was that I purchased the Big Deal for my daughter and they don't service her area, I got a refund from Angie's List for this.

We were very happy with their work, their friendly service, and their responsiveness. The plumber they sent out was enthusiastic and handled all the plumbing issues smoothly and without needing any backup. The finished work is attractive and professional-looking, and we have had no problems since the work was done (about 3 months ago). The billing department has to bill us after the fact for parts used since they didn't have a parts price list yet, but that worked smoothly enough. The rates appeared to be standard plumbing rates, so not cheap but not exorbitant. We would call them again, or refer them to a friend.

Autowater did an excellent job, got everything done in ~2 days, showed me how to set and use everything. They've done high quality job, very professional company.

Geoff showed up at the house on time. He was courteous and professional and started working right away. He pointed out a few problems and fixed them in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend their services.

The technician was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I plan on hiring them in the near future for more plumbing work.

The man that was sent out to do the work had no knowledge of the tune up and what was suppose to be included in the service. He didn't know anything that was suppose to be included in the tune up. I had to provide him with a copy of the Big Deal so that he would know what I had paid for. He had to go out to buy a flapper that was suppose to be included in the service, and when he did it was of a poorer quality then the one that I already had. After he replaced it, it didn't work properly. He told us that because we changed that flapper we would now need to replace other parts on the toilet as well, so I asked him to put the original flapper back on. Turns out the guy that was sent out was a sub contractor for the business and he was just trying to make me happy but he didn't know what he was doing. He was very nice and very respectful, just hadn't done this before. He told me afterward that he would never do this kind of service again.

Made appointment; crew arrived at appointed time after alerting via call. Negotiated for optional fixture---work was conducted amidst friendly banter.

I have no complaints about the service but I ordered the special with the hope of using it at another location in Weymouth and was told that the companydid not cover that area. This was my mistake for not checking before ordering.

I bought an" Angie's deal" for out door faucet and house plumbing inspection. . Very nice young man showed up when they said he would. He was pleasant, professional and seemed knowledgable. But, said I really needed a weather proof faucet..... for another $50 ( why would they be selling outdoor faucets that are not weatherproof in New England unless it was to make it look like a better deal then it really was. He troubleshooted a problem I have and I had confidence he knew what needed to be done, but the company hourly rate was $150/hour - $60 more pe rhour then other plumbers in the area. So, I will call someone else to do that work.

We bought the deal for an outdoor faucet repair and plumbing inspection. The sppointment was set shortly after (if memory serves, they called us to schedule after we bought the deal). The plumber showed up on time and was very personable and professional. However, after gathering more info on the other services their company provides, I asked if I could get estimates on some other jobs that we were looking to do around the house (not small ticket items either). After a week or two of receiving nothing, my wife actually called in to ask why we were yet to receive the estimates and the woman she spoke to said they would mail them to us. That was over a month ago and we never received a thing. In summary, the experience of the services provided that day was very good, but the lack of follow through soured us on the experience. We might use the company again if there is another deal to take advantage of but they won't be our first call otherwise.
