Incredibly detailed work. He worked for 4 hours on my car. It was spotless; incredible work.

Fred listened carefully to what I wanted (try to get rid of as much dog fur as possible and make the rest look presentable) and gave me advice on where to spend my money (everyone looks at the interior; don't worry as much about the exterior). We agreed on a price and he threw in a free car wash. It was in the 90s, but Fred and his crew went to work, and he called me when it was done. I've never had a car detailed before so didn't know what to expect, but I was blown away with how gorgeous my old car looked. The tries looked new, the dashboard was spotless and really black, the monster mats also looked new, and the upholstery (including the really faded stuff on the doors that I thought was hopeless) was immaculate. Fred was courteous, professional, and provided an outstanding service. I highly recommend Arlington Auto Detailing.

I liked the quality of service that they offered. I took the vehicle to them and they were available there.

It was a relatively short wait for an appointment. He gave directions for how to find his shop which were easy to follow. After we arrived, he gave helpful suggestions for where we could walk while he was doing the work. All went smoothly and we were very happy with the results.

They were excellent. They did a beautiful job on my car. They were accomodating, I was able to come in on a Saturday. Their price was really good, too!

Because the business was not located near the center of town and I was unfamiliar witht the area, the owner drove me downtown so that I could pass the time. The job took several hours to complete. It was very easy to walk back, I would recommend this business.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and I did for a day when I would hang out with my children and go to a playground and then to Belmont Center for lunch and ice cream. The drop-off was easy and they called me with news that the car was done within about two to three hours. The job was immaculate and I was very pleased to have a car back that was decontaminated from all the child detritus that had accumulated (there were things in the cracks of those back seats that no person should have to face).

Dropped the car off, he cleaned the interior and focused on the odor. He even washed and detailed the outside.

I received this service more than a year ago. I enjoyed meeting/working with the owner. It is a small operation, and I remember being satisfied but not overly impressed with the level of detail in the cleaning. Nothing that I would bother to ask the operator to redo, but just not as detailed as I had hoped for.

Excellent job -my car looks like new! Beautiful and thorough inside and outside cleaning of really dirty car. Good, friendly service. They charged a little extra for removal of pine sap, but did really impressive clean-up job . Realistic estimate of cost before work was done. Price usual for this kind of job. Easy to schedule and close to public transportation. I would definitely recommend them.

Fred was great. My car was spotless....in addition, my inspection sticker was going to expire, and he took it to the gas station net door to have it renewed. Would go there again in a heartbeat!

They were responsive in setting up the appointment. There were a few problems with the quality with the work and we are going to be bringing those to their attention. They were very cooperative to deal with.

The car is part of an estate and has largely been idle for severaal months, dusty with a slight odor. Called to set up an appointment and was offered two dates. I was pleased that they offered Saturday Service and chose a Saturday. Arrived when the shop opened @ 8:30 and went over what they were going to do and cost. He told me it would take approximately 5 hours. He called me just before 1: 00 and said the car was ready for pick up. I went to the shop and we both took a look at the car. Everything was fine and I paid the agreed upon price. He gave me an extra Senior Citizen discount over and above the Angie's price.

I brought my car to this business's location and waited there while the job was done. The work was done thoroughly and carefully. My car looks great and is protected for the winter! The business's owner did the work and is very knowledgeable about car finishes and the products to use to take good care of a car.

Great experience from a professional, yet small customer friendly shop. Called on a Friday and dropped off the following Monday. Easy drop off for anyone working in the city as the bus to Alwife (red line) is a short walk away. Will be a repeat customer.

These guys ROCK! They did a beautiful job, did it ontime and were very pleasant. Angie's list coupon made this very cheap.

. I have a dog, and we go to the beach every weekend. The car is 6 years old, and the interior looked like new when they were done. Trust me when I say there had to be literally pounds of sand embedded in those rugs. The interior was really dingy, and I couldn't get it i clean. The exterior, literally did not look like the same car. I park in a city garage, and the car has all the dings that come with that. They were barely visible if at all. The service was prompt, and courteous. I will definitely take the car back again!t

Even though it was hard to get ahold of Fred to schedule the appointments. He was very flexible when we finally talked to make the appointments. My husband's vehicle is a Scion xB, which is an odd layout of a car. But he did a very good job getting all the spaces in the car. My car was next. Fred took long with my car (about 7 hours). It probably took him longer as I have long hair and it sheds everywhere. We also have a dog that is often in my car. When I got the car back not only did he get every spot, you could not tell if a dog had been in the car or a female with long hair. I would receommend him with the understanding that when you drop off the car, please allow him minimum of 6 hours and make sure to take everything out of your vehicle.

There was a little bit of back and forth on the phone to get the appointment set, but overall they were accommodating. The place is not easy to get to unless you have a ride during non-rush hour or live nearby.
