Pete showed up right on time, and diagnosed the issue as a burnt out motor and that I needed a brand new garbage disposal. Pete went right then and there to get me a new disposal and installed it within the hour. I could not believe how quickly he fixed my problem. Would definitely use him again!

I called owner Peter at 11am on July 2, and he arrived within an hour to estimate our job and give us a quote. He was meticulous about testing for the gas leak in our clothes dryer, and he offered to give us same day service to fix the gas leak and install a new faucet in the kitchen. Peter had us up and safely running by 3pm, and his work and cleanup were expert. He even came back the following morning to make sure that his gas dyer work was completely effective in stopping our gas leak -- giving us great peace of mind! Amazing. I called at 6:40 AM during a snowstorm because the pipe burst feeding into my water heater. He was there by 8:30 AM, had Option 1 completed by 10:10 AM (unfortunately that didn't work, it was just to replace the piping to the tune of $389, which was actually cheaper than a price quote I got for replacing the piping exiting the heater just a short while before... good thing I didn't get that work done!), so he was on the road for Option 2 (full replacement of the unit plus the pipes feeding into/out of the unit) by 10:13 AM. He returned at 12:30 PM with another technician and the replacement unit. By 3:10 PM, the work was complete! The overall price was a bit more than I was expecting, but because it was done at the drop of the hat during a snow storm (by the time he left my driveway had a good 7 - 8 inches) and with such courteous service (he even asked for paper towels to wipe the floor in my condo after he trekked some snow up there when we were finalizing the paperwork), the few extra pennies are, to me, pennies well spent. Pete was the guy who came out, and he also owns the business.
