+ 0 moreI thought the customer service was outstanding. The woman I spoke to was very helpful. She talked me through measuring for the order and helped me pick out the right colors for my house. I was thinking about going with a darker shade to match the room, but she suggested an off white because of the problem I was having with heat.She was right and the shades look lovely. The shades came when she said they would. I'm a very happy customer.
Description of Work: I called this business to order shades for my house. I was having family visit for the holidays and wanted to spruce everything up a bit. A friend recommended this company to me and said they had some great products. I ordered the Kool Vue shades because I live in a house with a great view. I get terrible sun in the afternoon and usually need to close my shades because it gets too hot and too bright. I love the shades I got because I can pull them down in the day time and still see outside without having to deal with the sun.
