Description of Work: Very disappointed. My First Call was answered, Gus came out as scheduled. I wanted a natural gas connection for a new gas grill. He surveyed my situation and said he would send the estimate by next day. I gave benefit of doubt, and waited one week. Still no estimate. So I called to see if I missed it. He said he was waiting for me to send info on grill. That was odd because the day he came to assess he said he knew my grill and would look up btu requirements. Again, giving benefit of doubt, I provided grill info over phone. Gus said he would get a proposal out quick. That was 7 weeks ago and I never heard back. I've since found a new plumber that came, assessed, and installed in one week. I am sorry to see this lack of response, and no longer recommend Mr. PLUMBER in Andover area. Maybe he is close to retirement and doesn't care anymore.

+ -1 moreI've been using them for years. The most amazing thing is they have a nice person that answers the phone and gets back to you immediately. They show up on time. I've dealt with Gus and he is a great guy. It has been a good experience all around.
Description of Work: They installed a new water system, put in extra spickets on the outside of our home, installed sinks & faucets. Most recently they accompanied the electrical company to do a natural gas tie in.
