+ -1 moreWe didn't turn on our system last year so after only one year they remove you from their mailing list. I was looking for the card this year and found this out when I didn't receive it and called them. They are a busy company so you have to wait a few weeks. I was suppose to be first call (between 7:30 and 8). At 8am I received a call that it would be 8:30. It was disruptive to the day but it happens I guess. They did arrive at 8:30. The service performed was thorough.
Description of Work: Spring sprinkler turn on and service.

We found Moulton to be the most knowledgeable on exactly how to get the job done. And if there is a problem with a sprinkler head or anything else, he always makes it right. I found his price to be reasonable and would highly recommend Moulton Irrigation..
Description of Work: Had a sprinkler system installed in our front/side of lawn. This is the second time we have used Moulton Irrigation. We also used them for another install of irrigation at another home we owned.

+ -1 moreWe missed the first appt (our bad) and then had a difficult time rescheduling. Not very accommodating over the phone. They arrived when they said they would then proceeded to say they were not going to do the work because they did not have the proper fitting and were not interested in getting one (even though this would have been the third time they have winterized our system). The person was VERY rude and they left us in a real jam since cold weather has been forecast. What a terrible way to run a business.
Description of Work: For the third year we made an appointment to have our irrigation winterized.
