John came in looked at what we would like him to do and he was upfront and honest about the jobs buffet task at hand and that they may very time time and pricing. 1) Boiler maintenance,2) changing of water filters in cellar along with the water filter in our Samsung refrigerator. 3) flushing out of our underground water run off for our house gutters. All jobs that John quoted us on came in at just what he said they would. Had a little bit of a hiccup with the flushing out of the underground water run off for the gutters and sump pump but didn’t charge us anything over quoted price. So all in all my brother and I were pleased with the services provide.
