8/19/19 Greater Boston Roofing installed a new roof on my house. Ralph, and his talented crew from Greater Boston Roofing did an amazing job installing our new roof. Ralph carefully explained the job, and his talented crew made repairs and installed our new roof. I highly recommend Greater Boston Roofing for their professional, reliable, friendly, and top quality service!

Excellent service from beginning to end. First, they responded quickly to my query through Angie's list. Second, they were timely in getting back to me and finding a good date for an inspection and estimate. Third, the person who came to house to provide information on their roofing system and options was excellent. Fourth, their price was excellent. Finally, they completed the work in a timely manner; were very professional on the job site; notified me immediately when very minor things occurred that required repair; and cleaned up nicely after the job. The on site supervisor was excellent as well.

The interactions between us and the owner Alex were top notch. He was very professional and explained everything that he would need to do to repair the roof. He gave us a very fair estimate and had the work done in a timely fashion. The finished product was beautiful. We are so grateful for the professionalism of his crew and everyone we came in contact with to get our roof repaired. Thank you so much. The experience of working with Greater Boston Roofing was first class from beginning to end. Right from my first phone call, I had the feeling of confidence that GBR was the place to go for solutions to roof problems that had been with us for several years. Unlike other places I had contacted, GBR staff were totally responsive and really knew their stuff, plus a pleasure to work with. This is true for everyone on the team. We have a 170 year old house with a flat roof that has had serious problems that no one else had been able to solve. The GBR team quickly grasped the situation and gave me a sense of assurance that they could fix it. Working under some difficult weather conditions, they totally nailed it and I cannot praise them enough for making it all happen, Everyone at GBR is top notch and a real pleasure to work with. They are the best!!!

Alex and his team were fantastic!! They called to scheduled Friday and was completed by the time I got home. All trash was picked up. Aside from having a beautiful new roof I would have never known anyone was at my house! I highly recommend Greater Boston Roofing.

Excellent service in every way. We received flyer on our door on 11/11 and our complete roof was done by 12/2. The response of the sales rep., James was amazing, along with the clarity he provided on timing and cost, all of which were kept to, weather allowing. Also, there was a foreman with the crew who was there the majority of the time. He made sure progress was made and that the work was done effectively and with a high quality. And then last but not least, the clean up was so good that my yard looked better after they left than before they came!! For us, they are the best contractor we have ever used in our house that we’ve lived in for 25 years. And yes, I am a regular member of the public writing this glowing review.

We had several quotes all around the same price. We decided to go with Greater Boston because of Jeff!! He is very professional and super accessible! I'm not a phone person so he gave me his number so that I could text him with any questions, which of course I had..as soon as he left!!! The work crew was incredible! Very professional and great at what they do!! My roof was done in 2 days! We are very happy we went with this company!! I never take the time to write reviews, but I feel that this company deserves it!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof!!!
