Giuliano SAVED us and our new home. I am so blessed to have been recommended to him and luckily hired him. He taught me so much (rare with contractors) and he did an amazing job...he was priced very reasonably as he collaborated WITH ME so I could save the new house that had some terrible mistakes by the flippers. Now with my new found knowledge and his expertise and perfect craftsmanship we got our house looking like a million dollars...I will hire him again and consider him my friend...BBQ coming soon my friend. He was punctual for both the quote visit and the actual job. The job was done on time. He cleaned up all of the debris from the job before leaving. He also provided expert advice about the selection of a replacement door and took responsibility for purchasing the new door and disposing of the old door. The quote price included both materials and labor. it was an ideal contractor experience and I would happily use him again.

Giuliano is a craftsman. He tackled a job that had many twists. I needed everything done in my basement. And done right. He produced and never let me down. Even when I changed my mind about a door. He removed it after spending time on it, and replaced it with a different type with no complaints! After watching him handle everything quickly and with ease, I wouldn't have been surprised if he could also deliver a baby. A gentleman, and an honest man. Always in my driveway @ 7:30, even with all the snowstorms. What else can I say?

He did a great job! He came to our home at the time he specified, took measurements, and was back in less than 30 minutes with doors that perfectly matched what we had specified. He was very pleasant, worked very diligently, and even covered our floors with canvas to ensure that they were protected while he was working. We plan to hire him to do more work for us and are so glad to have him on our speed dial.

Overall the job came out great. He was on time and showed up every day until the job was done.

To start, my goal for any project is always good value. What that means to me is the hope of finding someone who will do a great job at a fair price in a reliable manner and leave the premises without any unnecessary messes at any given time. When Giuliano first looked at the project at my request for an estimate, he came across as a very talented craftsman who is truly passionate about everything he does and very caring about what you are trying to accomplish with your project. This has held true throughout the 10 day project to the extent of staying very flexible to my questions and suggestions and making his own brilliant suggestions as we went along. Furthermore, he was reliable, neat as a pin, all debris removed and everything impeccably done. The walls were finished with plaster and look smooth as glass - I can't wait to see them after the paint! The covers he created for the support columns are incredibly beautiful. He told me he was born in Rome. He is like an old world artisan in talent and work ethic. Incredible and so meticulous! He is also very personable yet very professional which is really important to me. I am beyond thrilled with the way this entire project went from start to finish - no unpleasant surprises - and have found my experience with Giuliano to have been really delightful. My basement is now a gorgeous space and I am beyond thrilled with Giuliano. For future projects, he is a keeper!!

Giuliano Asci is a master carpenter that recently renovated my master bathroom. He provided the most reasonable cost estimate compared to several other contractors that I had considered. The cost for renovating my master bathroom was $4,000 plus cost of materials. The renovation included a major upgrade and construction involving the expansion of two walk-in closets, installation of a double vanity, linen closet, new toilet and 60" x 30" corian shower enclosure with floor tile, as well as the installation of a new window and 2 pocket doors. Mr. Asci is very meticulous in his workmanship always applying precise measurements using the finest tools. He is very flexible to customer preferences offering cost effective and fine recommendations reflecting his high-end construction experience and master carpentry. He is very punctual being always on time and keeping the customer informed. He always leaves the work-site clean. He is a pleasure to work with and explains in great detail how the work needs to be done. You will not be disappointed!

I recently purchased a condo in the city that needed a significant facelift. I learned about Giuliano from some friends who recommended him. Giuliano was always prompt and began each work day at 7AM. Giuliano and his assistant were very precise and clean. They started with a pocket door installation, completing that task in about 2 days while beginning the next task at the same time. Giuliano even met with me at the home improvement store on a Sunday to help me chose my door and window trim. Giuliano went and bought all the trim and doors for me, brought them up to my 3rd floor condo, installed and even painted them! (He has an amazing painting technique - everything came out pristine!) My kitchen was very small and Giuliano was able to custom fit all my cabinets. He was even able to build me a custom wine rack from left over materials to match. He knew I was going for a contemporary style and, as a result, he kept that in mind while giving me ideas on what he could do. He gave me endless options. He even installed crown molding. (To Giuliano, this is an art!) I was not planning on it, but I decided to have him install the crown moulding because he gave me such an affordable price! My bathroom renovation was not an easy task. Per Giuliano's recommendation, I installed a Corian shower/tub surround. This was almost impossible to find, but Giuliano was able to get it for me. One corian shower/tub surround slab was so large (5' x 8') that the only way to fit it up the narrow staircase was to pull this 300+-lb. slab up through the middle of the staircase. Guiliano and crew stuck with it and were able to get it into my bathroom. My shower/tub surround came out gorgeous! Giuliano even advised me to install my bathroom tile above the 2-foot wide vanity vertically rather than horizontally, thinking outside the box. He was always making suggestions on how to increase value and feel comfortable in my home. The work he did is solid and he is a pleasure to have around. The sub-contractors Giuliano uses, not only were very skilled, they also all worked very well in conjunction with each other. He is determined to meet the customer's needs and to be sure that the customer is satisfied, always standing behind his work. I was so pleased that I gave him a substantial gratuity.
