Express Surveying

Description of Work: Scheduling a surveyor at this time of year is super hard and I did not end up using Express because they were scheduling out too far for my project but they called back right away, took an interest in the project, carefully explained their services and pricing and were very patient and professional with my questions.

Description of Work: We needed our land surveyed for an addition we are planning. The owner was prompt, professional and completed the job as expected through the snow and all. Very happy with his service.

Description of Work: After doing a thorough market research, we hired Geoff and Curtis to perform a land survey. Their prices were very reasonable, and they perfomed the work very accurately, as well as, guided us through the process. We had them do a survey in June 2012, which determined that we were in the floodzone. These guys took out the time to explain what we can do (reconfigure the patio) to be out of the floodzone. It took us a while to get the right contractor who agreed to rebuilt the patio in a reasonable cost. The rebuilding happening in January, and Geoff/Curtis came down, just when we asked them to re-do the measurments. They came promptly, informed us about the possibility, and ultimately filed the eLOMA, which resulted in our favor. We are very thankful that their team was not only doing their job, but also guided us on what to do to be out of the floodzone. They stayed on top of it, and kept us in the loop in every step of the way. They are diligent, knowledgeable, and very professional. They went of the way to work quickly on the process, and squeezed us into their busy schedule when asked. We would highly recommend them for any survey work.
