Soon after all she did all the measuring, she called to say the cornices and shades were ready for installation. She arrived on time for the installation along with the installer and introduced me to him. I had an appointment that day, so I left Chris and the installer here and they finished up the installation. When I returned home later, the project was completed, house immaculate and I love the cornices and the shades. Later, I purchased a table skirt from a supplier that she recommended and she had a table square made and two small pillows with fabric from pillows that came with the sofa that I was not using. She did an awesome job and I will use her again.

Perfect. Christine is a true professional; she takes her time to evaluate the job, helps in selecting the colors and design and the finished product and installation is timely. I have just begun with the finishing touches in my home and Christine will be doing all of the window treatments and pillows.

It was such an easy experience! Chris and her installer Kevin were so diligent and professional! They measured exactly, gave great advice about style and decor and installed the new shades perfectly.. The care and ingenuity they used to repair my old shades was very much appreciated. My whole house is transformed thanks to Chris and Kevin. They are pleasant, helpful, professional, prompt and reasonably priced.

The process was very smooth. It took a little longer than projected for the window treatments to be finished and installed but Chris was there throughout. She is very enthusiastic and appears to be very knowledgeable about fabric, style, overall effect, etc. We had an issue with one Roman shade and she came promptly to remedy the problem and showed me how to correct it should we encounter it again. She obviously loves doing this and has much to offer clients in the way of her expertise. We are very happy with our beautiful new windows.

Christine was delightful to work with; she listened carefully, was strongly committed to providing what I wanted and yet had many helpful suggestions which she quickly dropped if I was not interested, but developed in accordance with my preferences if I expressed interest. I am particularly delighted with her suggestion of pillows which picked up the colors in the valance and gave the room a "pop" of color. I was also pleased that she had an installer with whom she has worked for many years. It was easy to schedule meetings; she called the one time she was delayed by traffic. She brought lots of sample materials the first time and many more the second time when she had an idea of what I wanted. When I expressed initial lack of enthusiasm for the samples she had sent to me by suppliers, she came with more different options, although by then I had decided I liked 2 of the samples. She agreed with my first choice which gave me confidence that I had made the right selection. She gave me rough estimates her first visit which was very helpful, calculated adjustments, and did make one addition which increased the price a bit, but that was understandable.

The project went very well. The provider arrived when scheduled, and at the time scheduled. They completed the work efficiently and effectively, and I am thrilled with my new window treatments.

Great! She, with someone who works with her, arrived at exactly the specified time (both the first and second time), did the work that we had agreed upon, and did it well. Everything works well and looks good. I couldn't ask for more!

Christine was extremely courteous and professional! I contacted her via email and she called me the next day. She came to the house for an initial consultation free of charge. She came back a week later with many different samples for curtains/patterns. Christine helped my Wife and I decide on a pattern that would work best for our decor. Soon after we decided on the pattern, Christine gave us a price and stuck to it. She didn't try to up sell and she stuck to the budget we told her we needed to adhere to. Christine called us once the curtains were ready and set up an install date. Her installer was very clean and personable. The overall experience was a positive one. I recommend Christine without any reservation.

Christine has a wealth of decorating experience and a vast array of samples. She has good ideas, is a good listener and has a very professional and accommodating installer. The project was done on time, before the holidays, and met my expectations in every way.

It was great working with Chris. She was always professional and responsive and gave me her honest designer opinion, helping me move through the process with ease. She had a ton of fabrics to choose from and even helped me pick a coordinating wall color. The process took about two months from start to installation and I couldn't be happier with the final product. My drapes look *perfect* - they go all the way to the ceiling and almost meet the floor. I'd highly recommend Chris if you want beautiful custom drapery.

Christine is a lovely individual with a great personality and vast experience. She is very thorough and was quick to respond to any request or inquiry. Everything looks and operates beautifully, and I'm very glad I chose this service. One shade cord stopped working shortly after install, and she was very attentive by picking up the shade from me, having it repaired, and returning it very quickly to me. Haven't had any issues since, and it's been several months. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Christine, and would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Everything went well. Hunter Douglas shades are expensive

Chris contacted me via Angie's List within 30 minutes of me purchasing the deal. I told her I had no idea what we wanted yet and she referred me the the Hunter Douglas website to get an idea of what products were available. She also told me at the time that she was available for Saturday appointments too, which is great. I told her I'd contact her after my girlfriend and I had some time to look at the products. A couple of weeks later I called Chris to set up an appointment. She came to our home on the following Saturday and helped us decide on the style of shades to have installed. She was super friendly, knowledgable and fun to work with! We actually decided to do 4 windows rather than the 2 we had originally planned on. She took measurements of the 4 windows and went on her way. Chris sent me an invoice via e-mail that very night. She mentioned once the deposit was paid, the shades would take about 2 weeks to come in. I sent her the payment that night via Bill Pay. Chris contacted us about a week and a half later and said the shades would be in soon and offered to set up an appointment. We agreed to have them done the Tuesday after Memorial Day. She and Kevin, her installer, showed up right on time. Chris even called me about an hour prior to let us know they were on the way. Kevin made quick work of removing our old horizontal blinds and installing the new shades. He did a great job and it was worth the additional installation charge. We got black out shades for our living room, dining room and master. We had regular shades installed in our walkthrough closet. We love them! The black out shades really made a huge difference. I would hire Chris again in a heartbeat! The reason I gave price an N/A is the fact I couldn't find prices online anywhere. I'm sure the pricing we paid was right in line with the competition.

Everything went great. Christine was prompt and offered suggestions for the blinds we wanted for our bathroom windows. Great price, great service all around. Highly recommended

I have to have blinds- I am on a main road. She told me as soon as she walked in I needed to take everything down and open it up. I asked her at least six times to see if she had a book of previous work. I was not impressed at all. We were just not a good match.

While the provider was very helpful and informative over the phone, the product I wanted simply cost a lot more than the value of the Big Deal. I had no prior experience with Hunter Douglas products , so was not prepared for the amount it would cost to put shutters on a large window.

It all worked out well, but was slower and more expensive than I think it should have been.

I had purchased a Big Deal and she got in touch very quickly after my purchase and came out on a Saturday morning to accomodate my schedule. We already had Silhouette shades on several windows, but wanted to get two additional more for some narrow windows with no shades. Chris brought her fabric sample book and tape measure and quickly found the color match and measured for the shades. She was professional and quick, and all in all was in and out in about half an hour. She offered to ship the shades to me and I could install them myself. I would definitely call her in the future if I need more shades.
