Bill Brogan was highly recommended by the local "Moms network". I called him on a Sunday evening after we tried unsuccessfully to thaw out a section of our heating system during the notorious "Polar Vortex" (temps throughout New England were -10 to -15 degrees). Bill gave us some constructive recommendations to make it through the evening and offered to come over first thing in the morning to see what he could do. I called the next morning at 7:15am and he was at our house by 7:30. He expertly sized up our situation and went to work in a matter of minutes. He had solved our issue within two hours. Bill is a consummate professional and he absolutely will be the first person I call in the future if we have plumbing or heating issues.

The first winter the pipes in the in the attic froze because they were left exposed to the cold. The pipes he put on the heating were so unorganized nobody could figure out what went where. I called many times but he never called back. I had to hire someone else to fix it and put antifreeze in the system

2 years later, all is well. Needed an electrician to install a plug for the discharge pump, took a little longer than expected, raising the price higher than I hoped for.

The owner, Bill Brogan, arrived with a helper, and they replaced a pressure gauge and expansion tank. After leaving, it became clear that it still leaks. What really bothers me is that he won't return my calls. I've never been anything but polite, so I'm at a loss. I've not been able to get through to him All calls go to voice mail. I've left 7 messages over the course of over a month. Nothing! I am surprised he has such good scores on Angie's List.

We've use Bill Brogan before and know we can count on him for top quality work at a fair price. It is a great feeling to know you can trust your plumber 100% with anything. Our pipes burst Saturday overnight following a cold snap. Bill returned my call for help Sunday afternoon, apologized for not being able to get there same day, but arrived as promised Monday morning. He installed an additional cutoff valve that restored our first floor water. Bill arrived with two assistants Tuesday morning and finished the job in under three hours (we expected a full day). He'd originally estimated $1,000-$1,500, but the total bill came to $740. As a bonus, he noticed an unrelated problem with our oil furnace that our oil company repair folks had failed to address. He's always supremely polite, clear about everything he is doing, leaves the place cleaner than he finds it. Can't recommend him highly enough.

He arrived promptly and installed the new hot water heater which has worked well since the installation.

Bill is fantastic, he was responsive, and turned the job around quickly. We live in a 1950's home and have the original shower in the master bath that was stuck so that the hot would not turn on. I had Bill out to take a look at it to let us know our options. While he was there I also had him take a look at our boiler as we have an older oil boiler with an integrated tankless water heater that we could tell was starting to go (hot water only after a long time, luke warm water on some occasions, etc.). Having oil heat your water is not all that efficient with current oil prices and since we want to convert to gas in a few years when the whole boiler finally goes I was not sure what my options might be. Bill explained all my options and we decided to go with an electric water heater and disconnect the water heater in the existing boiler. We set up a time for him to come and he arrived on time with himself, his assistant, another plumber (his brother), and the electrician. They immediately got to work and both projects were completed in just two hours! We are super happy with his work and will use him on any projects that come up in the future.

All was excellent. We used to live in Andover MA before moving to Seabrook, Bill was our plumber there for 7 years. Naturally we were excited to see he would travel as he was listed on Angies list as a grade A.Bill will work with you. He is proffesional, listens and is excellent at diagnosing and solving issues. At one point he even called a manufacturer and a supply company to get us what was needed and what was right. (this is what we were suppose to be doing but couldn't get anywhere). Because of the distance he did charge us travel so in the future we will have a big list for him.I have recommended him in the past and now I get to say it to a whole lot more people!

We always find Bill to be responsive, friendly and efficient. He, Kevin and Jeff do an excellent job of explaining what they are planning to do and what they have done.

Mr. Brogan called me back within the hour each time I called him. He showed up on time and explained the issue clearly and completely. He worked around my schedule to complete the work. He was professional and knowledgeable. The 3 jobs he did were minor, but if I would certainly go to him for any plumbing need.

I liked his work; he did a good job. His pricing was reasonable. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.

He is very good. He is very heavily in demand and it is hard to get him. I managed to get him once. I was trying to get him for some kind of like regular upgrade and I was having a hard time just because he is so incredibly busy. I think I had like a gas leak for a gas water heater and I needed someone urgently. I didn't think I would get him but I just called him any way and he actually came because it was urgent. Getting him for something regularly scheduled was really hard but he came because it was an emergency. It was one of those things where I kind of needed to do something about it right away or there was going to be big trouble and he literally came like in forty five minutes. I will still always call him. I would grade him an and lsquo;A' for my overall experience even though it is really hard to get him. The price was fine. I think I spent $200. He was responsive. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

It was good and the pricing was very competitive.

Called him the night before and he was able to show up at 9:30am the next morning. He had all the parts he needed, was very quick, and did a great job.

Mr. Brogan came within an hour after I called, and fixed the leak on the spot. I think he charged much less than he could have, given the quick service!

Returned my call promptly. Made an appointment to visit 3 days later (not an emergency) and they arrived on time. Assessed my situation and gave me an acceptable price, about what I expected. They had the parts needed to complete the job on their truck. They were able to completely replace my shower control valve without the need for me to replace any tiles or anything else. The job took less than 3 hours start to finish. Cleaned up before they left. Very smooth, comfortable job. Several years ago, I called them with an emergency (busted pipe during Christmas vacation) and they came out right away and repaired the problem quickly and charged me a fair price.
