Description of Work: Man to estimate was going to be 2 hours late,called at last minute.we feel that if you have an appt scheduled,you should arrange your time to be prompt.we work and are always early for our jobs.this was not brain surgery,he was comming to measure and estimate the job,no follow-up from the company to find out what happened.

+ -1 moreViewed this product at the Boxborough Home Fair and wanted it installed on my home in place of the existing Anderson storm door with pull down screen on top. Regina took care of all the details- appt. and info. Rain caused a few delays in installation, but we were very happy with the job they did. Regina was present for the installation and it took about an hour. We opted for the device that slows down the return of the door as we have small grandchildren who visit us often and we didn't want to risk any pinched fingers. We are totally satisfied with the product and the installation. A relative visited us since the installation and loved the door. They are planning to install one in their new home also.
Description of Work: Replaced storm door with retractable screen door on front entry of house. They removed the old door and took it away for a small fee. It will be donated to Habitat for Humanity. They then measured and constructed our new retractable screen on a work station they put up in our driveway. Once installed, they cleaned up any debris, swept the driveway and explained any maintenance instructions that we needed to know.

+ -1 moreThe company came in and took measurements. I put 50% down payment. They came back about 2 weeks later to install. The measurements took about 30 minutes and the installment including clean up took about an hour and a half. I have a very difficult schedule and they were able to work around it.
Description of Work: I have difficult windows in a renovated loft style apartment. The company did an excellent job placing screens on my windows. They a barely visible and easy to use. I am very pleased with their work.
