Called and respondent said they'd get back to set up an appointment. Never did. Very bad indicator - will never use them.

We contacted Bob Branca @ Andover Electrical to give us an estimate to relocate an underground electric service and install a new Main panel on a house we are renovating and adding on to. He came out promptly and gave us an estimate. He started the job a couple of days later. He was prompt, courteous, professional and extremely responsive. His work was quality, neat and extremely well done. Even the electrical inspector complimented his work when he came out to sign off on it. I would highly recommend Bob & Andover Electric to anyone looking for quality, professional electrical work.

Andover Electric repaired a thermostat installation for me in June of 2010. When I called them for additional work in March of 2011 I left several messages for Bob, the owner, with his secretary. Each time the secretary assured me that the owner would return my call. After several days of wasting my time, Bob finally had his secretary leave me a voicemail message with an excuse so ridicules that the secretary could not even keep it straight. She told me that he could not call me for two days because of a lost cell phone, a dead battery and vacation (she changed her story three times in the same voice message). Of course as it turns out, this guy never bothered to return my call. If you want a reliable electrician in the area use someone other than Andover Electric.

With a project this size, it can be hard to tell how good a deal we got - but the guys from Andover Electric did a very professional job from start to finish. They were a little later to start than we were initially hoping, but they still got done on time. They were easy to work with, doublechecked what we wanted, and did a nice job of not creating too much mess considering they had to cut into a number of walls.
